A cyclic silicone tetramer to hexamer, light liquid isoparaffin and liquid isoparaffin, at least one selected from the group consisting of 0.5 to 40% by weight, and sorbitan monoisostearate and / or diglyceryl monoisostearate. 0.1 to 3% by weight and the following general formula: (Wherein, m is 300 to 500, n is 1 to 7, a is 20 to
30, b is an integer of 20 to 30. The water-in-oil emulsion composition containing 0.1 to 3% by weight of the polyether-modified silicone represented by the formula (1) and 30 to 70% by weight of water is used as a stock solution, and the weight ratio of the stock solution to the propellant is 90:10 to An aerosol composition characterized by a ratio of 3:97.
