【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 工具を挿入する挿入孔を形成したホルダ
を設け、この挿入孔の基部側は油通孔に設定され、ホル
ダの先端部には工具を保持するチャック機構が設けら
れ、挿入孔には工具ストッパーが設けられ、この工具ス
トッパーは、基体と該基体に遊嵌される工具受け体とで
構成され、この基体と工具受け体には前記挿入孔と連通
する通孔が設けられ、工具受け体の先端には円錐状凹部
が設けられ、また、工具受け体の外周にはホルダの挿入
孔の周壁に当接するシール部材が設けられていることを

ャック装置。
