According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fire alarm system for a condominium, wherein the receiver for the dwelling unit has a test recovery mode in which a fire signal sent from the relay set at the time of inspection of the dwelling unit is not retained. In the state where the test restoration mode is set at the time of inspection, the local acoustic control signal and the audio alarm signal are output only for about the time when the fire signal is output from the repeater, and the circuit unit of the external tester is The dwell unit receiver outputs a test normal end signal in a time shorter than the first detection time for detecting each of the district sound control signal and the voice alarm signal, and the circuit unit of the repeater outputs a test normal from the external tester. When the end signal is received, an operation signal is output to the dwelling unit receiver only for about the output time of the test normal end signal, and after receiving the operation signal, a fire determination signal is received from the dwelling unit receiver. In this case, a fire signal is output to the receiver for the dwelling unit only for about the output time of the fire determination signal, and the circuit unit of the receiver for the dwelling unit receives the signal during the test from the repeater, thereby receiving the area sound. The first detection time for detecting each of the control signal and the voice alarm signal is changed to a second detection time shorter than the output time of the test normal end signal output from the external tester, and the second detection time is changed. After the change, by detecting the local sound control signal and the sound alarm signal output from the living room receiver set in the test recovery mode, the sound alarm signal generated by its own sound source, the outdoor display Output from the speaker.

According to this configuration, the circuit unit of the dwelling unit receiver receives the under-test signal from the external tester, and thereby detects the first sound control signal and the first sound alarm signal.
Is changed to the second detection time shorter than the output time of the test normal end signal output from the external tester when the test of the fire detector is completed normally, so that the test recovery mode is set. Even if the district acoustic control signal and the voice alarm signal are output from the ridge receiver for substantially the same time as the output time of the test normal end signal, these can be detected.
Therefore, since the circuit unit of the receiver for the dwelling unit of the inspected dwelling unit can detect the local acoustic control signal and the voice alarm signal, it outputs an alarm only from the speaker of the outdoor display with its own sound source.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fire alarm system for a condominium, wherein the circuit unit of the receiver for a dwelling unit near the inspected dwelling unit receives a signal under test from the external tester via the repeater. And the first detection time, it is not possible to detect the district acoustic control signal and the voice alarm signal output from the receiver for a living building in which the test restoration mode for the dwelling unit inspection is set. . According to this configuration, the first detection time for detecting each of the local acoustic control signal and the audio alarm signal is usually longer if the circuit unit of the receiver for a dwelling unit does not receive the signal under test from the external tester. Since it is longer than the time, that is, longer than the output time of the test normal end signal, even if the local acoustic control signal and the voice alarm signal are output from the living room receiver, they cannot be detected.
Therefore, since the circuit unit of the receiver for the dwelling unit of the neighboring dwelling unit other than the inspection dwelling unit cannot detect the area acoustic control signal and the voice alarm signal, the circuit unit does not output an alarm from its own speaker or the speaker of the outdoor display.

Upon receiving this transfer signal, the voice alarm unit 114 receives voice alarm signal lines KP 1 -KPC 1 , KP 2 corresponding to the first floor, which is the fire floor, and the second floor, which is immediately above it.
Outputs an audio warning signal -KPC 2. Then, the district acoustic control signal (24 V pulsating current) output from the living room receiver 60 is converted to an FV signal (12 V direct current) by the FV signal output circuit 100 of the repeater 50 and is transmitted to the dwelling unit receiver 70. Is output. The FV signal, which is the district acoustic control signal output to the receiver 70 for the dwelling unit, is transmitted to the microcomputer 1 of the receiver 70 for the dwelling unit.
30 FV signal detectors 123 detect the signals. The voice alarm signal is detected by the voice detection circuit 26. On this occasion,
Since the microcomputer 130 has already received the operation signal E1,
Nothing happens even if the FV signal and the voice alarm signal are detected. That is, the fire operation message is continuously output from the speaker 26 of the dwelling unit receiver 70 and the speaker 29 of the outdoor display 80, and the indicator light 20 of the outdoor display 80 is continuously blinked.

(B) Operation at neighboring dwelling units (fire floor dwelling units other than the fire dwelling unit and immediately above floor dwelling unit) As described above, in the dwelling dwelling unit dwelling unit receiver 70, the fire receiving unit 121 of the microcomputer 130 includes the repeater 50 Since the operation signal E1 is received, nothing is performed even if the voice alarm signal and the FV signal are sent. On the other hand, in the dwelling unit receiver 70 of the neighboring dwelling unit, since the fire receiving unit 121 of the microcomputer 130 does not receive the operation signal E1 from the repeater 50,
The voice alarm signal and the FV signal obtained by converting the district sound control signal are transmitted, and the voice alarm signal is detected by the voice detection circuit 126, and the FV signal is output to the FV signal detection unit 12.
When the signal is detected at 3, the relay RY127 is deactivated, the contacts 127 1 and 127 2 are switched to the point b, and the speaker 26 is connected to the voice alarm signal line KP-KPC. As a result, the audio alarm signal output from the receiver 60 for the living premises is output from the speaker 26 of the receiver 70 for the dwelling unit of the neighboring dwelling unit. At this time, if the fire dwelling unit is a dwelling unit on the first floor, a sound alarm signal is sent to the sound alarm signal lines KP 1 -KPC 1 laid on the first floor and the sound alarm signal lines KP 2 -KPC 2 laid on the second floor. The alarm is output from the speaker 26 of the dwelling unit receiver 70 of each dwelling unit other than the fired dwelling unit on the first floor and each dwelling unit on the second floor. At this time, since the microcomputer 130 does not operate the audio signal output circuit 125, no alarm is output from the speaker 29 of the outdoor display 80. Incidentally, in normal times, the FV signal detection unit 123 and the audio signal detection circuit 126
Is set as the first detection time, for example, 4 seconds and 3 seconds. However, the living room receiver 60 self-holds the fire signal, and the area acoustic control is longer than the first detection time. Both signals are detected to output a signal and an audio alert signal.

After outputting the in-test signal E9 to the repeater 50, the external tester 40 outputs a test signal to the fire detector 10 via the detector lines 11a and 11b. Check the test condition. In this case, addressing is performed for each of the fire detectors 10, and test signals are output one by one, and the test state is checked for all of them. And
When judging that the tests have been completed normally for all the fire detectors 10, the external tester 40 sends an ok signal indicating the normal end of the test to the repeater 50. The ok signal is output, for example, for 2 seconds. The output time of the ok signal depends on the receiver 70 for the dwelling unit.
Is set in consideration of the time during which the operation signal E1 is not held by itself. When the CPU circuit 99 of the repeater 50 receives the ok signal, it closes the contact 94 for that time, that is, for about two seconds, and outputs the activation signal E1 to the receiver 70 for dwelling units. When the fire receiving unit 121 of the dwelling unit receiver 70 receives the operation signal E1, the microcomputer 130 immediately contacts the contact 1
20 is opened to output a fire determination signal E3 to the repeater 50. The fire determination signal E3 is output only during the time when the operation signal E1 is received, that is, for about two seconds. When the fire confirmation detection circuit 93 of the repeater 50 detects the fire confirmation signal E3, it notifies the CPU circuit 99 to that effect. Upon receiving the notification that the fire determination signal E3 has been detected, the CPU circuit 99 closes the contact 96 and sends the fire signal E4 to the receiver 60 for the living building.
Is sent. The fire signal E4 is transmitted only for about 2 seconds in the output time of the fire determination signal E3, that is, substantially the same as the transmission time of the ok signal.

When the fire reception control circuit 111 of the living room receiver 60 receives the fire signal E4 sent from the repeater 50, the representative contact 112 for sounding the area sound is closed and
For example, the contacts 113 1 and 113 2 corresponding to the first floor which is the fire floor and the second floor immediately above the fire floor are closed, and the local acoustic control signal is output to the local acoustic control signal lines EA 1 and EA 2 . Further, the fire reception control circuit 111 outputs a notification signal such as a fire area signal to the voice alarm unit 114. Voice alarm unit 11
4 receives the alarm signal, and receives a voice alarm signal line KP corresponding to the first floor, which is the fire floor, and the second floor, which is the floor immediately above it.
1- KPC 1 , KP 2- Output a pseudo sound signal to KPC 2 . At this time, since the living building receiver 60 has set the test restoration mode, it outputs the district sound control signal and the pseudo sound signal only for a time, for example, about 2 seconds during which the fire signal E4 is transmitted.

The district acoustic control signal, that is, the pulsating current of 24 V output from the living room receiver 60 is converted to an FV signal, that is, 12 V DC by the FV signal output circuit 100 of the repeater 50, and output to the dwelling unit receiver 70. Is done. Further, the audio alarm signal output from the receiver 60 for the house is output to the receiver 70 for the dwelling unit via the repeater 50. In this case, since the output period of the ok signal of the external tester 40 is 2 seconds as described above, the FV signal is also output for approximately the same 2 seconds. At this time, since the FV signal detection time of the FV signal detection unit 123 of the microcomputer 130 of the dwelling unit receiver 70 is set to 0.1 second (second detection time), the FV signal detection unit 12
Reference numeral 3 detects an FV signal which is a local sound control signal. In addition, since the audio alarm signal is also output for about 2 seconds, and the audio alarm signal detection time of the audio signal detection circuit 126 of the dwelling unit receiver 70 is also set to 0.1 second (second detection time), The audio signal detection circuit 126 detects a pseudo audio signal.

The microcomputer 130 receives the activation signal E1 while receiving the test-in-progress signal E9, detects the FV signal in the FV signal detection section 123, and outputs the sound signal detection circuit 1
When an audio alarm signal is detected at 26, the audio signal output circuit 125, which is its own sound source, is activated to select only the speaker 29 of the outdoor display 80 to output an audio alarm and to control the indicator light control circuit 128. Then, the indicator light 20 of the outdoor indicator 80 is blinked. By listening to the audio warning output from the speaker 29, the inspector can confirm that the comprehensive system test including the inspection of the area acoustic control signal and the audio alarm signal line has been completed normally. Also,
In this case, by outputting the pseudo audio signal, as shown in FIG. 1, the common unit speaker 6 is turned on by the audio alarm signal line KP-KP.
C, even when connected to C
Therefore, a warning that is inaudible or inaudible to humans is output, so that the dwelling unit inspection can be performed without causing unnecessary inconvenience to home residents and people in common areas such as corridors. still,
Since the second detection time, for example, 0.1 second is sufficiently shorter than the output time of the local acoustic control signal and the voice alarm signal, for example, 2 seconds, the output time of both signals may be shorter between the systems. However, it can be reliably detected.

(B) Operation at neighboring dwelling units (fire floor dwelling units other than fire dwelling dwelling units and immediately above dwelling dwelling units) Since the microcomputer 130 of the dwelling unit receiver 60 of the neighboring dwelling unit has not received the in-test signal E9 from the repeater 50, Detection time of the FV signal detection unit 123 and the audio signal detection circuit 12
No change of the voice alarm signal detection time of 6
The detection time remains set to 4 seconds (first detection time), and the voice alarm signal detection time remains set to 3 seconds (first detection time). For this reason, the FV signal detecting section 123 cannot detect the FV signal transmitted for only about two seconds, and the audio signal detecting circuit 126 also detects the FV signal.
It is not possible to detect a voice alarm signal sent for only about a second. Therefore, the microcomputer 130 does nothing. That is, no alarm is output from the speaker 26 of the receiver 70 for the dwelling unit of the neighboring dwelling unit or the speaker 29 of the outdoor display 80. Of course, the indicator light 20 of the outdoor indicator 80 does not blink. Therefore, there is no needless inconvenience to the residents of neighboring dwellings.

As described above, in this embodiment, when the under test signal E9 is output via the repeater 50 during the remote operation test of the fire detector 10 by the external tester 40, the dwelling unit receiver 70 performs the test. It is determined to be medium, no alarm is given by the speaker 26, the activation of the delay timer for 2 to 5 minutes is prohibited, and the detection time of the FV signal serving as the local sound control signal is set to 4 seconds (first time). (Detection time) to 0.1 seconds (second detection time) at the time of dwelling unit inspection, and the voice alarm signal detection time is changed from 3 seconds (the first detection time) at the normal time to 0.1 second at dwelling unit inspection. Change to seconds (second detection time). afterwards,
When the remote operation test of the fire detector 10 is normally completed and the ok signal indicating the normal end of the test is output from the external tester 40 for about 2 seconds, the operation signal E1 is output from the repeater 50,
As soon as the dwelling unit receiver 70 receives the operation signal E1, the fire determination signal E3 is output.

Then, the fire determination signal E3 is transmitted to the repeater 5
The fire signal E4 is output by capturing 0, and the fire signal E4 is captured by the receiver 60 for the living ridge in which the test recovery mode is set, so that the same time as the ok signal output time (about 2 seconds) is obtained. The sound control signal and the sound alarm signal are output. Since the receiver 70 for the dwelling unit of the inspected dwelling unit sets the FV signal detection time and the voice alarm signal detection time to 0.1 second (second detection time), the area acoustic control from the dwelling unit receiver 60 is performed. A signal and an audio alert signal can be received. That is, the dwelling unit receiver 70 outputs the under test signal E9,
Operation signal E1, district sound control signal and voice alarm signal 4
On condition that one element is detected, the indicator light 20 of the outdoor indicator 80 is thereby flickered and the speaker 29 of the outdoor indicator 80 is sounded by its own sound source.

Since the receiving unit 70 for the fire-floor dwelling unit other than the inspection dwelling unit, that is, the fire-floor dwelling unit and the dwelling unit immediately above the dwelling unit does not receive the signal E9 during the test, the FV signal detection time is 4 seconds (normal time). (1st detection time), and the voice alarm signal detection time remains set to 3 seconds (first detection time), which is the normal time. For this reason, even if the receiver 70 for dwelling unit outputs the local acoustic control signal and the sound alarm signal from the receiver 60 for dwelling unit, the output time of these signals is about 2 seconds which is the same as the ok signal. And the voice alarm signal cannot be detected, and neither the indicator lamp 20 of the outdoor display 80 blinks nor the speaker 29 of the outdoor display 80 sounds. In addition, the external tester 40
At the time of the remote operation test of the fire detector 10 according to the above, since the receiver 60 for the living room is set to the inspection mode, the receiver 60 for the living room replaces the normal voice alarm signal by capturing the fire signal E4. A pseudo sound signal that is inaudible or hard to hear by humans is output.

Therefore, at the time of the remote operation test of the fire detector 10 by the external tester 40, in the neighboring dwelling units other than the inspection dwelling unit, an alarm is issued from either the speaker 26 of the dwelling unit receiver 70 or the speaker 29 of the outdoor indicator 80. Not output
Since the audio alarm is output only from the speaker 29 of the outdoor indicator 80 of the inspection dwelling unit, the inspector can check the inspection result without causing the home resident to uselessly shake. Further, since the dwelling unit receiver 70 detects the district acoustic control signal and the voice alarm signal, and outputs an alarm from the speaker 29 of the outdoor indicator 80 of the inspected dwelling unit, the district acoustic control signal line EA and the voice alarm signal are output. Comprehensive inspection of the system, including inspection of the line KP-KPC, can be performed (that is, the fire detector 10, the repeater 50, the receiver 60 for the dwelling unit, the receiver 70 for the dwelling unit, and the outdoor display 80). If at least one of them is abnormal, the speaker 29 of the outdoor display 80 does not sound). At this time, the voice alarm signal line KP-KPC
Even if the common unit speaker 6 is directly connected to the loudspeaker, the pseudo sound signal is output by setting the inspection mode in the living room receiver 60, so that the sound of the common unit speaker 6 cannot be heard. Or, because it is hard to hear, people at home or in a common area such as a corridor do not cause unnecessary agitation.

Although the present embodiment does not have the self-fire information comprehensive panel 2 shown in FIG. 5, even if the self-fire information comprehensive panel 2 is provided, the speaker 7 (see FIG. 5) does not operate. It goes without saying that a pseudo sound signal is output. Further, in this embodiment, the district acoustic control signal from the residential building receiver 60 is converted into a smooth constant voltage by the FV signal output circuit 100 of the repeater 50 and output as an FV signal, but the district acoustic control signal is output as it is. As described above, according to the present invention, during the remote operation test of the fire detector by the external tester, the speaker of the receiver for the dwelling unit and the speaker of the outdoor display are used in the neighboring dwelling units other than the inspection dwelling unit. No alarm is output from either,
Since the alarm is output only from the speaker of the outdoor indicator of the inspection dwelling unit, the home occupant does not needlessly shake. In addition, since the dwelling unit receiver of the inspected dwelling unit detects the local acoustic control signal and the voice alarm signal, and outputs a warning from the speaker of the outdoor display by its own sound source, the inspector can use the local acoustic control signal line and the You can check the results of the comprehensive system test including the inspection of the audio alarm signal line. In addition, by setting the living room receiver to the inspection mode during the remote operation test of the fire detector, a pseudo sound that is inaudible or inaudible to humans instead of a normal audio warning signal from the living room receiver is output from the living room receiver. Since the signal is output, even if the common unit speaker is connected to the voice alarm signal line, the sound of the common unit speaker is inaudible or difficult to hear, so it is unnecessary for home occupants and people in common areas such as corridors. It does not cause agitation.
