Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 工作機械の固定側Gに係合離脱自在に結
合される中空ハウジング20内に、工具Pが取付けられ
て前記工作機械の主軸Dに装着される回転体10を挿通
して回転自在に支持し、その中空ハウジング20には前
記主軸Dの軸方向に長い案内シリンダ22を一体に取付
け、この案内シリンダ22に、回り止めピン27を出没
自在に挿入するとともにその回り止めピン27を突出方
向に付勢するばね29を設け、回り止めピン27には、
そのピン27の出没作用に従って前記回転体10の係合
穴16に係合離脱する係合爪31を設け、前記回り止め
ピン27が前記工作機械の固定側Gの係合穴40に係合
離脱することにより、前記中空ハウジング20が工作機
械の固定側Gに係合離脱自在に結合される回転工具アダ
プタにおいて、 上記案内シリンダ22に、補助シリンダ26を出没自在
に挿入するとともにその補助シリンダ26を突出方向に
付勢するばね28を設け、その補助シリンダ26に上記
回り止めピン27を出没自在に挿入するとともにその回
り止めピン27を突出方向に付勢する上記ばね29を設
け、前記補助シリンダ26に上記係合爪31を設け、補
助シリンダ26と回り止めピン27間には、その回り止
めピン27を所要の突出位置で固定するボール式ストッ
パを設けてなることを特徴とする回転工具アダプタの回
り止め機構。
1. A rotary body 10 in which a tool P is mounted and which is mounted on a main shaft D of a machine tool is inserted into a hollow housing 20 which is removably engaged with and fixed to a fixed side G of the machine tool. A guide cylinder 22 that is long in the axial direction of the main shaft D is integrally attached to the hollow housing 20, and a detent pin 27 is inserted into the guide cylinder 22 so that the detent pin 27 can be protruded and retracted. A spring 29 that urges in the protruding direction is provided.
An engaging claw 31 is provided for engaging and disengaging the engaging hole 16 of the rotating body 10 according to the protruding and retracting action of the pin 27, and the detent pin 27 is disengaged from the engaging hole 40 on the fixed side G of the machine tool. By doing so, in the rotary tool adapter in which the hollow housing 20 is engaged with and disengaged from the fixed side G of the machine tool, an auxiliary cylinder 26 is inserted into the guide cylinder 22 so as to be able to protrude and retract, and the auxiliary cylinder 26 is connected to the guide cylinder 22. A spring 28 for urging in the protruding direction is provided. The detent pin 27 is inserted into the auxiliary cylinder 26 so as to protrude and retract, and the spring 29 for urging the detent pin 27 in the protruding direction is provided. A ball type stopper is provided between the auxiliary cylinder 26 and the detent pin 27 so as to fix the detent pin 27 at a required projecting position. A rotation preventing mechanism for a rotary tool adapter, comprising:

機構。
