Oggetto della presente invenzione è un impianto per la produzione di contenitori riempiti con un prodotto alimentare. The object of the present invention is a plant for the production of containers filled with a food product.

Sono noti impianti comprendenti una riempitrice rotativa a sua volta comprendente una giostra lungo la quale i contenitori vengono riempiti con un liquido. Plants are known which comprise a rotary filler which in turn comprises a carousel along which the containers are filled with a liquid.

A valle di tale riempitrice è solitamente posta una aggraffatrice per l’applicazione del coperchio ai contenitori. Plant for the production of containers filled with a food product comprising: -a filling machine (2) for introducing the food product into containers comprising a rotary carousel (20) and a base (91) for supporting the carousel (20) of the filler (2); -a seamer (3) to apply a lid to the containers, said seamer (3) being placed downstream of the filler (2) and comprising a rotary carousel (30) and a base (92) supporting the carousel (30) of the seamer ; characterized in that it comprises a protective fence (4) which identifies, surrounding it, a common compartment (40) in which both the carousel (20) of the filler (2) and the carousel (30) of the seamer (3) are positioned without the carousel (20) of the filler (2) and the carousel (30) of the seamer (3) are placed in separate compartments; said enclosure (4) comprising a ground support base (90) distinct from the base (91) of the filler and from the base (92) of the seamer; the support base (92) of the carousel (30) of the seamer and the support base (91) of the carousel (20) of the filler being able to be distinct or mutually integrated.

2. Plant according to claim 1, characterized in that the enclosure (4) externally surrounds the base (91) of the filler and the base (92) of the seamer; said fence (4) for its entire length being spaced at least 5 centimeters from the base (91) of the seamer and from the base (92) of the filler.

System according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that inside the compartment (40) there is no wall which divides the carousel (30) of the seamer (3) from the carousel (20) of the filler (2).

5. Plant according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a common control panel (5) for both the filler (2) and the seamer (3), said panel (5) being placed along said enclosure (4 ) protective.

6. Plant according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said enclosure (4) comprises a single inlet of operating fluids intended for the filler and the seamer.

8. Plant according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said enclosure (4) comprises a plurality of modular panels (42) assembled together.
