The decorative art of carving or â € œsculptureâ € of vegetables is well known, which, as a corollary of the culinary technique, can rise to forms of artistic achievements for their own sake, of complexity, finesse and grace in some cases excellent.

Aims of the invention

The main purpose of the present invention is therefore, in the framework provided above, that of providing a container-display for sculptures made by carving soft and soft materials, in particular soap and wax, designed to safeguard the integrity of the artifacts as much as possible. during the transport phase by the buyers, but above all of forwarding, transport and delivery for the ordinary through shipping services both managed by state public services and by private couriers.

These and still other objects are all achieved with the structure of a shipping and display container, particularly for decorative articles carved in soap, according to the present invention, comprising box-shaped display case (1), preferably made of transparent plastic material which is basically unbreakable, with at least one base (5) slidingly extractable integral with a wall (6), to constitute a drawer (3) at the bottom of which there are means of penetration and harpooning (14) for retaining the article (2) contained. Said case (1) being also preferably equipped, preferably in correspondence with one of its base (5), with a light source (16) insinuating itself internally with external power supply and actuation means (18, 19, 20), housed in provided space by support means (7A, 9A), wherein said base (5) is the lower one.

Static description of the example of realization

With reference to these figures, and in particular to figure 1, 1 indicates as a whole a preferred example of embodiment of the shipping and display container structure according to the present invention and with 2 a decorative product carved into the soap, schematically illustrated , enclosed therein.

The container structure 1 consists of a box-shaped display case, indicated by the same reference 1, shaped as a parallelepiped as a whole, in the preferred example of embodiment that is being illustrated, preferably made of transparent plastic material that tends to be unbreakable, such as preferably plexiglass < ®> (polymethyl methacrylate) or similar.

The case 1 comprises a pull-out portion, indicated as a whole with 3, and a casing or shell portion, indicated as a whole with 4, which for the most part dictates its relative parallelepipoidity, including the upper base 8, the two major side walls 9 and a fixed minor side wall 7.

The pull-out portion 3 comprises the lower base 5, integral with a movable minor side wall 6, sliding in two parallel lateral guides 10, facing longitudinally inside the two major lateral walls 9.

The lower sliding base 5 is apically endowed with a coplanar median prominence 11, suitable for inserting itself into a complementary slot 12 made through the fixed minor lateral wall 7.

Through the same fixed minor side wall 7, a plurality of slots 13 are made above the plane of the lower sliding base 5.

Always above the plane of the lower sliding base 5, counterfacing inside the mobile minor side wall 6 and the fixed minor side wall 7, there are means of penetration and harpooning for retaining the product 2, made in the form of a pair for each side of sharp cusps 14, in the preferred alternative embodiment described by way of example.

Under the plane of the lower sliding base 5, the two major side walls 9 and the minor fixed side wall 7 develop into respective lower portions 9A and 7A which act as a support or pedestal of the structure 1, as well as define a thickness within which the space is positioning a lighting device indicated as a whole with 15.

The lighting device 15 comprises a light source 16, preferably electronic (LED - light emitting diode), able to be inserted through the lower sliding base 5 into a hole 17 practiced therein, as well as an external cylindrical structure 18, incorporating accumulators 19 and 20, preferably lithium, and also acting as a rotary switch, for the functions specified below.

Dynamic description of the example of realization

Having thus completed the static description of a preferred example of embodiment of the structure of a shipping and display container according to the present invention, the dynamic one, that is, the relative operation, passes as follows:

the artistic artefact 2 carved into the soft material, once completed, can be inserted inside the case 1, placing it on the lower sliding base 5 and pushing the puller 3 inside the shell 4; at the end of which operation, in any known way suitable for the purpose, a prominent snapshot can be conceived, for example of the promineza 11 within the slot 12, antagonistic to the involuntary opening of the case 1 itself.

It is obvious that in further alternative embodiments still falling within the concept of solution underlying the example of embodiment illustrated above and claimed below, the structure of the shipping and display container according to the present invention can be materialized with technical and mechanical equivalents, or equipped with further supplementary measures, as well as all the conformations of the relative constituents can be varied in a manner suitable for the purpose.

In particular:

the structure of the shipping and display container according to the present invention can assume any different shape and size suitable for the purpose;

it can be structured with a double bottom under the plane of the sliding base, to give greater rigidity to the shell portion, constitute a support base and a containment compartment for the lighting device.

The structure and conformation of the base and support system can be varied in any way in a manner suitable for the purpose with respect to the preferred conformation described by way of example.
