DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
Il sistema, collegato a software gestionali, rilascia il prodotto quando richiesto dall'utente in maniera quasi immediata, raggiungendo da remoto la postazione di vendita al banco. La caratteristica principale del sistema, è la costruzione del magazzino (Fig.l) formata da singole piste autonome elettromeccaniche (Fig. 2) di rilascio del prodotto per caduta formando un piano modulare (Fig. 3). L'impianto, oltre al magazzino farmaci, è corredato di tutto quanto indispensabile per poter trasportare a destinazione il farmaco (o qualsivoglia prodotto) come, ad esempio, trasportatori, sistema di smistamento, ascensori, coclee discendenti ecc. Per quanto riguarda la capacità del magazzino, vista la modularità e le varie capienze, possiamo rendere dei dati approssimativi in base a delle misure campione. In un magazzino di dimensioni L1200xP1200xH2000, troviamo alloggiati 10 piani per un totale di 310 piste (quindi 310 referenze) per uno sviluppo di circa 400 metri. Calcolando un astuccio medio di dimensioni 100x80x30, la possibilità di carico di questa configurazione è di circa 4000 unità. Il carico della macchina può essere sia frontale che posteriore ed in caso di esaurimento prodotti, la macchina segnala la quantità rimanente ad un addetto che prowederà all'ordinativo ed al carico dei prodotti. Il carico del magazzino può essere eseguito anche quando il sistema è in funzione, senza interrompere altre attività lavorative e la vendita al banco. La flessibilità di questo sistema è quasi infinita. Oltre a dei moduli standard, si possono configurare soluzioni in base alle esigenze dei clienti ed alla geometria dei locali che accolgono la farmacia. A seconda delle necessità e dei punti da asservire, l'utilizzo del sistema è possibile a più utilizzatori. Calculating an average box of dimensions 100x80x30, the loading possibility of this configuration is about 4000 units.
