As is known, in fact, inside an operating room, all the potentially infected material is disposed of by the instrument operator in the containers positioned near the overhead table with throws to avoid contact with non-sterile devices as there is the need to maintain the level The minimum bacterial load attainable is therefore referred to as sterility.

A further need is to dispose of all potentially infected materials in a controlled manner and which have therefore come into contact with biological or other liquids, ensuring their traceability and making sure that none of them remain inside the patient, therefore it is used. of gauze counters and other devices to minimize the risk of error.

Generally, an instrumental nurse is located near an overhead table that is covered by a sterile cloth and is used by the same for the management of the equipment necessary for the operation.

In the vicinity of the overhead table, non-sterile containers are placed, inside which all potentially infected materials to be eliminated from the operating field are eliminated.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main purpose of the aforementioned invention is to reduce the devices in the operating room to a minimum and also to reduce the quantities of waste to be incinerated, produced in environments where biohazard maneuvers are carried out. Making this feasible, resorting to the simple use of a normal rectangular bag in invariably sterile synthetic material, and simple adhesive separators on three sides or even resterilizable, which divide its interior, thus avoiding the preparation of other trolleys in the operating room and the use of other devices which would produce other materials to be eliminated and therefore additional costs.

It is essential not to confuse this principle with the normal principle of separate collection, in which the materials are definitively divided and destined for reuse in other forms as well; the proposed internal subdivision of the device serves only to facilitate the traceability of the material to be eliminated which will be conveyed to the burners without any differentiation.

The present invention also aims to propose an economic version of a double-level table, one of which is responsible for the management of the instruments and one for the differentiation, counting and disposal of so-called special waste. The same can be re-proposed as a whole, that is, already equipped with the two bases to be considered a new trolley, or to make the old overbed table reusable, in a form that can be hooked to the same existing servant or even individually hooked to another device.

A further object is to propose a new top characterized by a cradle-shaped housing, or housing or container of any other shape, which can also be made upon request by those interested in its use, on which to apply a sterile bag, internally divided by adhesive separators on 3 sides in flexible material or in pre-formed rigid material that adheres and blocks the sterile bag to the internal walls of the housing, acting as a divider;

Another purpose of the present invention is that it is designed to be integrated through mobile applications, also reusable and therefore resterilizable, of other devices such as for example those for the disposal of needles or cutting edges, and containers of any type necessary for the intervention. in progress.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Figure 2 illustrates the new part of the invention with the various components already illustrated in Figure 1; the same clamp provided can be hooked to the overhead table (110-111) or be created in a single body with this device as in figure 1 and be considered as a whole a new operating room table or other hospital environment. Simply add / weld a normal clamp to the arm to make it applicable to a ramp, operating table or other device;

Figure 9 shows the bag retainer accessories (116) and a support base (117) for the application of other devices; the same (116) are provided with inlets that can be hooked to the basket (113) above the sterile bag (115) and with the same principle the support base is placed on them and on the edge of the basket (113) as in figure 3 ;

figure 10 shows the inside of the basket after the application of the sterile bag (115) highlighting the application of the divider (118B) with adhesive on 3 sides which in this case divides the disposal housing in two, and which it could, with the application of further dividers (118B), be further divided into compartments.
