5. Instrument according to claim 4, characterized in that said fastening means (6) are hinged, said gripping elements (2, 3) being reciprocally pivoted at a substantially transverse intermediate hinge axis (X).

6. An instrument according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said fastening means (6) comprise elastic contrast means adapted to bring said gripping elements (2, 3) back to said tightened position.

7. Instrument according to claims 5 and 6, characterized in that said elastic contrast means comprise a spiral spring associated with said hinge axis (X).

8. Instrument according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said first gripping element (2) is provided with an annular sheath (14) having said adhesion portion (7).

9. Tool according to claim 8, characterized by the fact that said gripping elements (2, 3) comprise a second free end (12, 13) to allow the insertion or removal of said annular sheath (15).

10. An instrument according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said adhesion portion (7) comprises a plurality of longitudinally offset adhesion areas separated by non-adhesive areas.
