Abstract

Il dispositivo sollevatore elettroidraulico per autoveicoli comprende una coppia di pedane 1a, 1b, rispettivamente prima e seconda, orizzontalmente parallele, montate su relativi biellismi 2 e azionate rispettivamente da un cilindro principale P1 e da un cilindro condotto P2 alimentato dallo stesso cilindro principale P1, tramite una centralina idraulica 16. La centralina idraulica 16 prevede un dispositivo di sincronizzazione 17 dotato di una valvola 18 atta a mettere in comunicazione, nelle fasi di spunto e di allineamento a terra di dette pedane 1a, 1b, un condotto 20 di mandata del fluido idraulico di azionamento del cilindro principale P1 con un condotto 22 di ricircolo di un opportuno volume di fluido dallo stesso cilindro P1 al cilindro condotto P2, in maniera da integrare la mandata di fluido al cilindro P2 stesso o alternativamente da deviare allo scarico una parte in eccesso di detto volume di fluido di ricircolo.The electro-hydraulic lifting device for motor vehicles comprises a pair of platforms 1a, 1b, respectively first and second, horizontally parallel, mounted on relative connecting rods 2 and operated respectively by a main cylinder P1 and a driven cylinder P2 powered by the same main cylinder P1, through a hydraulic control unit 16. The hydraulic control unit 16 provides a synchronization device 17 equipped with a valve 18 suitable for communicating, in the starting and ground alignment phases of said platforms 1a, 1b, a conduit 20 for delivery of the hydraulic fluid for driving the main cylinder P1 with a conduit 22 for recirculating a suitable volume of fluid from the same cylinder P1 to the driven cylinder P2, so as to integrate the delivery of fluid to the cylinder P2 itself or alternatively to divert an excess of said circulating fluid volume.
