Abstract
A találmány tárgya kémiai, biokémiai és biológiai folyamatokminiatürizálására szolgáló hibrid lapka (chip), amely egy- vagytöbbrétegű lapkából (chipből) áll, továbbá egymással szorosösszeköttetésben az alábbi egységeket tartalmazza: a) vegyületekfizikai mozgatását is megvalósító, a vegyületek kémiai szintézisére éstisztítására szolgáló egységet, b) vegyületek fizikai mozgatását ismegvalósító, a vegyületek kémiai analízisére szolgáló egységet, c)vegyületek fizikai mozgatását is megvalósító, a vegyületek biológiaihatásvizsgálatára szolgáló egységet, d) adott esetben egy olyanelektronikus egységet, adott esetben félvezető lapkát, amely beégetvetartalmaz (i) legalább egy - a biológiai hatás és a kémiai szerkezetközött összefüggést felállító algoritmust realizáló - számítógépesprogramkódját, amely inputként egy vagy több vegyület kémiaiszerkezetét és biológiai hatását fogadja el, outputként pedig további,várhatóan kívánt biológiai hatással rendelkező egy vagy több vegyületszerkezetét adja, (ii) egy olyan szintézisprogram kódját, amelyinputként az (i) pontban outputként kapott egy vagy több vegyületképletét, outputként e vegyületek előállításának laboratóriumielőiratát szolgáltatja, (iii) egy olyan vezérlőprogram kódját, amelyinputként az (ii) pontban outputként egy vagy több laboratóriumielőiratot, outputként az a) pontban szereplő egység vezérlésiprogramját szolgáltatja, (iv) továbbá adott esetben az a)-d) pontokbanszereplő egységek és programok vezérlését, így többek között ezekindítását, leállítását, optimálását adott esetben a biológiaihatásvizsgálat során elérendő küszöbérték révén vezérlő programkódját. A találmány szerinti hibrid lapka (chip) vegyületek, ezenbelül előnyösen biológiailag aktív vegyületek előállításában,analízisében, hatásvizsgálatában, metabolizmus, toxicitás és másbármilyen adaptálható biológiai kölcsönhatás mérésében alkalmazható. ÓThe subject of the invention is a hybrid chip (chip) for the miniaturization of chemical, biochemical and biological processes, which consists of a chip (chip) with one or more layers, and also contains the following units in close connection with each other: a) a unit for the chemical synthesis and purification of compounds, which also realizes the physical movement of compounds, b ) a unit that also implements the physical movement of compounds and serves for the chemical analysis of the compounds, c) a unit that also implements the physical movement of compounds and is used for testing the biological effects of the compounds, d) where appropriate, an electronic unit, where appropriate a semiconductor chip, which contains (i) at least one - the biological - the computer program code that implements the algorithm establishing the relationship between the effect and the chemical structure, which accepts as input the chemical structure and biological effect of one or more compounds, and gives as output the structure of one or more compounds with the expected biological effect, (ii) the code of a synthesis program that, as input, the formula of one or more compounds received as output in point (i), and the laboratory protocol for the production of these compounds as output, (iii) the code of a control program that provides as input one or more laboratory protocols as output in point (ii), and as output the control program of the unit listed in point a), (iv) ) and, where appropriate, the program code that controls the control of the units and programs included in points a)-d), such as, among other things, their start, stop, and optimization through the threshold value to be reached during the biological impact test. The hybrid chip according to the invention can be used in the production, analysis, impact assessment, metabolism, toxicity and any other adaptable biological interaction of compounds, preferably biologically active compounds.
