A találmány szerinti rendszer lényege, hogy tartalmaz -legalább egy, dokumentum adatforrás (200) alapján generáló és egyigazolt operátor bemenettel (800) rendelkező dokumentum előállítóegységet (103), amely generálja a dokumentum (300) fizikai formáját,egy kriptojelet (400), amely e dokumentumhoz (300) van rögzítve, ésegy árnyék adatbázist (101) e dokumentumok tartalmának tárolására, -legalább egy dokumentum ellenőrzési egységet (500), amely a következőfunkciókat végzi: a dokumentum által hordozott kriptojel (400)szkennelése, e dokumentum (300) hitelességének igazolása, a dokumentumkritikus részeinek megjelenítése és a dokumentumhoz rögzített kripto-bélyegzés (900) generálása, és egy visszacsatolási dokumentumadatbázis (503) generálása; - legalább egy kulcs generáló és elosztó egységet (700); - legalábbegy dokumentum adatbázis összehasonlító egységet (600); - legalább egydokumentum forrás egységet (200). ÓThe subject of the invention is a system and method for protecting documents. The essence of the system according to the invention is that it contains at least one document generation unit (103) that generates a document based on a data source (200) and has an authenticated operator input (800), which generates the physical form of the document (300), a cryptosign (400), which is attached to this document (300) and a shadow database (101) for storing the content of these documents, -at least one document verification unit (500) which performs the following functions: scanning the cryptosign (400) carried by the document, verifying the authenticity of this document (300) verifying it, displaying parts of the document critic and generating a crypto-stamp (900) attached to the document, and generating a feedback document database (503); - at least one key generating and distribution unit (700); - at least one document database comparison unit (600); - at least one document source unit (200).
