Abstract

292,587. Allgemeine Electricitats- Ges. June 23, 1927, [Convention date]. Cylinders receiving liquid fuel.-In an airless fuel injector the valve d of which is loaded by a multiple diaphragm spring g, the space containing the spring is separated by a resilient and deformable diaphragm or body e from the space containing the fuel. The valve d is shrunk into one end of a thin walled tube e of corrugated metal the other end of which is secured to the valve casing a, is opened by the pressure of the fuel which is supplied through a conduit k, and is closed by the - spring g acting through a rod f. The tension of the spring g may be adjusted by a screw h secured by a lock nut i.
