Abstract

Type printing telegraphs; distributor systems. -In an asynchronous type-printing system differences of speed between the start-stop distributors at two connected stations are compensated by arranging the distances between the centre lines of successive transmitter segments or equivalent disttibutor members B and between the centre lines of successive receiver segments or equivalent distributor members A to increase progressively from the first to the last pair of segments or members, as shown in Fig. 3.
