Caravans; folding vehicles. -Folding portable shelters comprise a wheeled chassis, two boxlike parts A, A<1> adapted to be moved laterally, sides B and ends B<1> hinged to and adapted to be folded on to the parts A, A<1> and a roof comprising a central panel C and hinged side panels C<1> adapted to be raised and lowered by hinged stays F. The parts A, A<1> each comprise ends and one side, one of the parts in addition being provided with a hinged flap A<2> to bridge the space between the parts A, A<1> when drawn apart and to act as a floor. Adjustable feet, H are provided.
