Description

M ultifunctional Sexual Stimulation Device'
Field of Invention
The present invention pertains to a massager in general and, more particularly to a sexual stimulation device which can act as remote controller, vibrator/massager, or/and charging dock/base/station.
Background of Invention
Most of the sexual stimulation devices, which are also known as vibrators or marital aids, in prior art have in-built control mechanism for controlling the speed of vibration or any other functions of the device. There are sexual stimulation devices and apparatus which are controlled remotely, with or without wire/cable, by another device. The remote control through wire or cable is very cumbersome and inconvenient.
In both the cases wherein the sexual stimulation devices are controlled remotely, with or without wire/cable, usually only one massager/device is put into operation/use for stimulation of one person only. However, for the person, who is controlling the sexual stimulation device with a remote controller, to get stimulation, he/she should have another device for stimulating himself or herself. So there has to be two sexual stimulation devices being controlled by a person.
However, every human being has limitations as regards capability to carry out two or more tasks by one or two (both) hands at the same time. A person with two devices in hand, a remote controller and a sexual stimulation device, cannot effectively operate the two devices for three goals-self-stimulation' stimulation of second person', and controlling remote control'. Now the question is -"will such a person with multiple tasks having corresponding goal(s) be able to stimulate himself/herself?" It is an established fact that human brain has limitation when two concurrent goals are simultaneously pursued (Sylvain Charron & Etienne Koechlin (2010). Divided Representation of Concurrent Goals in the Human Frontal Lobes. Science, 328 no. 5976 pp. 360-363, 00!: 1O.1126/science.1183614.). Humans cannot accurately carry out more than two tasks at a time.
For a complicated act like sex or foreplay or sexual stimulation, one needs to concentrate only on one or two things at a time. Any distraction, even for a fraction of second, can be fatal for sexual momentum or/and climax/orgasm.
Another drawback associated with operation of more than one device by a person at the same time is whether or not they are in the zone of Central Visual field' of human eyes. It is always easier for a person to control devices which are in Central Visual Field'.
Making a remote controller function as a vibrator/stimulator as well reduces the number of devices to be operated by a person from three to two.
In all the known remote controlled sexual stimulation devices in prior art, the remote controller has no function other than controlling the sexual stimulation device.
One of the major disadvantages of the conventional remote controlled sexual stimulation devices in prior art is that all the devices are designed to stimulate only one partner at a time.
None of the remote controlling devices in prior art can act as vibrator for sexual stimulation.
There are inductively chargeabte massagers in prior art. Induction charging mechanism or process has many advantages over the conventional charging methods which use cable or wire, as induction charging mechanism does away with the hassles of electrical wiring and plugs.
Moreover, the sexual stimulation devices which are inductively charged are safer than the conventional ones which are charged through cable.
US 7,749,178 B2 (Imboden et al) discloses an inductively chargeable massager. In this invention, only the induction charging mating base is used for charging a massager.
CN201701445 (Wei Huang et a!) discloses an induction-charged massage device comprising a charger with a charger shell and a massager with a massager shell. However, both charger and charger shell does not have a motor or remote control device, hence the charger or charger shell has got only function of charging the massage devices.
DE102010051167 (Al) (Anmelder Gleich) discloses a massage body remotely controlled by radio communication. Again the remote control device does not serve the purpose of direct stimulation as it does not have a motor in it.
US 2012/0136289 Al (Ryan McGann) discloses an inductively charging personal massager.
However, the base for charging inductively the massager does not have any other function except charging the massage device.
It is an object of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages of the sexual stimulation
devices in prior art which are discussed above.
Statement of Invention
In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a new multifunctional sexual stimulation device which can act as remote controller, vibrator, or/and charging base/station for inductively charging other sexual stimulation device(s).
One of the main advantages of the invention is that the person who is operating a remote controller can also effectively stimulate himself/herself at the same time, without diverting his/her mind to a third device.
Another advantage of the invention is that a person can use both devices alone to provide multiple forms of stimulation while requiring only one operating hand.
A further advantage of the invention is that it can charge multiple sexual stimulation devices without electrical wire or cable, provided they are compatible with the induction charging device.
Another advantage of the invention is that it reduces the manufacturing and maintenance cost, as one device has functions of three separate devices. In other words, instead of manufacturing three devices (remote controller, vibrator, induction charging base/dock), only one device which has got all the three functions is to be manufactured. It also reduces the volume and weight during transport.
In one embodiment, the sexual stimulation device has one or more rechargeable or non-rechargeable batteries, one or more motors, remote controlling mechanism, and a switch to control the device itself.
In an alternative embodiment, the sexual stimulation device may be fitted with electro-mechanical arrangement including induction coils to allow the remote control device to inductively charge the other sexual stimulation device(s).
In a further embodiment, there is two-way control mechanism wherein the remote controller acting as vibrator as well can also be controlled by the sexual stimulation device which it controls.
Brief description of the drawings
The invention will be more clearly understood by the following description of some embodiments thereof, given by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is the front view of a sexual stimulation device rested on another sexual stimulation device; Fig. 1A is the front view of the sexual stimulation device which can act as remote controller; Fig. lB is the front view of the sexual stimulation device controlled by the device shown in Fig. 1A; Fig. 2 is the side cutaway sectional view of the sexual stimulation device as shown in Fig. 1A; Fig. 3 is the sectional view of the sexual stimulation device as shown in Fig. 1B; Fig. 4 is the electrical circuit diagram of the device shown in Fig. 1A; Fig. 4A is the electrical circuit diagram of the device shown is Fig. 1B; Fig. S is the electrical circuit diagram for a mechanism wherein the remote control is bidirectional; Fig. 6 is the side cutaway sectional view of the sexual stimulation device which can act as induction charging base/station; Fig. 7 is the sectional view of a sexual stimulation device controlled remotely by the device in Fig. 6 which can be charged inductively with the device in Fig. 6 as charging base/station.
Detailed description of the Invention
Fig 1A and Fig lB are one of the views of the devices 1 and 2 respectively. Both the devices (1, 2) can act as vibrator because of the motors present in them.
Referring to Fig 1, there is shown a device 2 being rested / placed on device 1 when both devices (1, 2) are not in use.
Referring to Fig 2, there is shown a side cutaway view of the sexual stimulation device 1. The device 1 has a rechargeable or non-rechargeable battery 3, a DC motor 4, an antenna 5, PCB (printed circuit board) 6, and two input buttons 7.
Referring to Fig 3, there is shown a sectional view of the sexual stimulation device 2. The device 2 has a motors, a rechargeable or non-rechargeable battery 10, a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) 9, an antenna 11, and a cord/cable 12. The cable 12 is for charging the device 2.
Referring to Fig 4 and Fig 4A, there is provided internal electric circuit diagrams for the devices 1 and 2 respectively. These two circuit diagrams (Fig 4, Fig 4A) are for one-way control mechanism wherein the device 2 is controlled remotely by the device 1.
During the operation, the user selects function by pressing one of the control buttons (13a, 13b); and these inputs are processed by a PCB (printed circuit board) which contains logic and timer integrated circuit chips 14. Button 13a is rieant for controlling the motor 16 in the device 1, whereas button 13b is meant for controlling the motor 23 of the device 2. When the button 13a is pressed, information is sent to the motor controller IC 15 which in turn controls its own motor 16 of device 1. If the other button 131, is pressed, the information is sent to a radio frequency transmitter IC 17; this performs the required work to turn the input state information into a radio signal that is broadcast via an on-board antenna 18.
The device 1 is powered by a rechargeable or non-rechargeable battery 19. The device 2 is also powered by a rechargeable or non-rechargeable battery 24.
In the example of the invention where rechargeable batteries are used, additional standard electrical components will be required to facilitate recharging.
The input buttons 13a and 13b and logic/timer ICs (15,17) on the PCB (printed circuit board) allows selection of a number of different programming states within the chip, thus allowing devices (1, 2) to have multiple "patterns" of vibration.
The device 2 does not contain input buttons, instead a receiving antenna 20 picks up the signal sent from the antenna 18 of the device 1. The receiving antenna 20 sends the signal to the logic integrated circuit 21 which uses the signal received from the device 1 as an input and tells the motor controller chip 22 to produce a particular pattern on pulses, which then drives the internal motor 23 of the device 2.
Referring to Fig. 5, there is provided an alternative electric circuit configuration for a mechanism wherein both devices (1, 2) are capable of controlling themselves or controlling each other. For this, both the devices (1, 2) will have two buttons each-one for controlling the device itself and other one for controlling the other device. During operation, the user selects function by pressing one of the control buttons 25a and 25b; and these inputs are processed by a PCB (printed circuit board) which contains logic and timer integrated circuit chips 26.
When the button 25a is pressed, information is sent to the motor controller IC 27 which in turn controls the device's own motor 28. If the other button 25b is pressed, the information is sent to a radio frequency transmitter IC 29 which performs the required work to turn the input state information into a radio signal that is broadcast via an on-board antenna 30.
The devices (1, 2) also contain a receiving antenna 31 which can pick up the signal sent from the other device.
Referring to Fig. 6, there is shown a sectional view of a sexual stimulation device having an induction coil 32, a DC motor 33, an antenna 34, a PCB (printed circuit board) 35, an input buttons 36, a rechargeable battery 37. The device in Fig. 6 is charging station/base for inductively charging the sexual stimulation device in Fig. 7.
Referring to Fig. 7, is the sectional view of a sexual stimulation device controlled remotely by the device in Fig. 6 which can be charged inductively with the device in Fig. 6 as charging base/station. The sexual stimulation device 7 has a DC motor 38, a PCB 39, a rechargeable battery 41, an antenna 42, and an induction coil 40.
The device in Fig. 7 contains a DC motor 38 which is controlled by an integrated circuit mounted on a printed circuit board (PCB) 39. The antenna 42 picks up control signals from the device in Fig. 6. A pair of input buttons 36 allows the PCB 35 to control either the motor 33 of the device in Fig. 6 or to send output signals to the antenna 34.
These signals are broadcast on a short distance radio frequency and are received by antenna 42 of the device in Fig. 7. Then the signal will tell the PCB 39 inside the device in Fig. 7 what correct pattern of electrical pulses to produce, which in turn drives the motor 38 in a specified pattern.
A pair of induction coils (32, 40) allows the device in Fig. 7 to recharge by being placed in the recess of the device in Fig. 6. The device in Fig. 6 is charged by a mains AC to DC adapter.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments hereinbefore described which may be varied in both construction and detail.
