Clips, pivoted-jaw.- A tongue 14 is hinged on one side bar of a rectangular frame 10, 11 and engages the other side bar by means of a bent tip 16, with which, engage a locking lever 20 hinged on the other side bar of the frame. The lever 20 is notched to receive the tip of the tongue 14 which is offset and curved to fit the bar.
