Abstract

A round tube bottle drink container 3 including a screw on cap 1 which has a flexible clip 2 attached to it. Preferably the clip 2 would be fixed onto the side of the screw on cap 1 as a part of its feature, the screw on cap 1 with the fixed clip 2 screws onto the upper part of the tube drink container 3. The tube drink container 3 is a slim round container, which would hold the drink or any other suitable liquid substance. The clip 2 may hook onto a convenient part, such as a belt (fig 5, 5).

Description

DRINK CONTAINER

The invention relates to a drink container of the type, which a liquid substance such as a soft drink or water can be contained.

There are numerous types of different drink containers on the market, which can be obtained from any supermarket or suitable shop. These drink containers suffer Dom the disadvantage that, they can in some cases take up the use of one or both hands when carrying them around. Thus making it difficult to complete any other task, as you do not have both hands free because one of them is holding the drink container. An object of this invention is to provide a drink container, which allows both hands to be free, and the drink container to be easily mobile and accessible.

This invention provides a slim tube drink container with a screw on cap, which has a clip attached to it and allows the user to carry it without the use of his/her hands.

The clip allows the drink container to be clipped, fixed or joined on any suitable part of the users body or any other object when not in use Thus, rendering the users hands free.

This is the primary function of the invention. Other functions include its use as a container in which any liquid substance can be stored and as a drinks container that can be used as a beverage.

Preferably the drink container would be made of plastics material, or instead it may also be produced in any other suitable material such as metals or wood, or a combination of these materials.

A preferred embodiment of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIGURE 1 shows a front view of the whole drink container.

FIGURE 2 is showing the screw on cap and the clip fixed to it, and the top section of the drink container.

FIGURE 3 shows the front view of the clip attached to the screw on cap.

FIGURE 4 shows the whole drink container, the clip fixed on the screw on cap performing its primary function on an illustrated person.

FIGURE 5 shows the clip, the cap including the drink container performing its primary function in more detail. FIGURE 6 shows an aerial view of the top of the screw on cap and the clip performing its primary function As shown in Figure 1, the drink container comprises of a tube shaped circular bottle 3 as the container of the drink. The top of the container is sealed with a screw on cap 1, which attaches to the upper part of the container 3 as a lid, as shown in Figure 1. On the screw on cap l is attached a flexible clip 2 which would also fix onto the tube container 3 when the screw on cap 1 is screwed on.

Figure 2 shows the screw on cap I detached from the upper part of the tube container 3, and shows the clip 2 attached to the screw on cap l, which would also become detached from the tube container 3 when the screw on cap I has.

The screw on cap I with the clip 2 is fixed onto the top of the tube container 3, where then the clip 2 which is fixed onto the side of the screw on cap I hooks onto a convenient part of the person 4 using it, such as on the belt 5 shown in Figure 5 and 6, or below the waist as illustrated in Figure 4.

Claims

1. A tube drink container with a screw on cap, which has a clip or a support for the screw on cap and tube, drink bottle attached to the screw on cap.

2 A tube drink container as claimed in Claim I with a clip attached to a screw on cap,

which is screwed on top of the tube drink container as a lid.

3 A clip as claimed in Claim 1 and 2, which is attached to the screw on cap.

4. A tube drink container with a clip fixed to the screw on cap as claimed in any preceding claim, which is made, from plastics material, metals or wood, or from a combination of these materials.

5. A tube drink container with a screw on cap with a clip fixed to it as herein described above and illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
