Abstract

An electrothermal pan has a main body (1), an aluminium alloy disk (12), and an electric heating pipe (13). A different metal welding agent is applied on a bottom (11) of the main body (1). The aluminium alloy disk (12) is disposed on the bottom (11) of the main body (1). The aluminium alloy disk (12) is melted on the bottom (11) of the main body (1) instaneously. The electric heating pipe (13) is melted on the aluminium alloy disk (12) instaneously.

Description

TITLE : ELECTROTHERMAL PAN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an electrothermal pan. More particularly, the present invention relates to an electrothermal pan which has an aluminium alloy disk and an electric heating pipe.
A conventional electrothermal pan has an electric heating pipe which is disposed on a bottom of the conventional electrothermal pan by a pressure die casting method. However, it is cumbersome to use the pressure die casting method.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an electrothermal pan which is assembled easily.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view of an electrothermal pan of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention; FIG. 2 is a perspective assembly view of an electrothermal pan of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention; FIG. 3 is a sectional assembly view of an electrothermal pan of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention; and FIG. 4 is a schematic view illustrating an operation
of an electrothermal pan of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, an electrothermal pan comprises a main body 1, an aluminium alloy disk 12, and an electric heating pipe 13.
A different metal welding agent (not shown in the figures) is applied on a bottom 11 of the main body 1.
The aluminium alloy disk 12 is disposed on the bottom 11 of the main body 1. The aluminium alloy disk 12 is melted on the bottom 11 of the main body 1 instaneously.
The electric heating pipe 13 is melted on the aluminium alloy disk 12 instaneously.

Claims (2)

I CLAIM :
1. An electrothermal pan comprises : a main body, an aluminium alloy disk, and an electric heating pipe, a different metal welding agent applied on a bottom of the main body, the aluminium alloy disk disposed on the bottom of the main body, the aluminium alloy disk melted on the bottom of the main body instaneously, and the electric heating pipe melted on the aluminium alloy disk instaneously.
2. An electrothermal pan substantially as herein described and illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawings.
