Abstract

To provide sensitive temperature control in a mixing battery for sanitary purposes, even where there are considerable pressure differences between the hot and cold water supplies, there is in the mixing battery a venturi pipe (1) with a central tube (2) and a mixing nozzle (3) opening into the central tube (2), in which the central tube (2) is connected to the hot water supply (4) and the mixing nozzle to the cold water supply (5) and there is a movable control needle (6) projecting into the mixing battery (3). <IMAGE>
