Abstract
The device, which is for location between a carburettor and an intake manifold, includes an inlet guide vane assembly 14 comprising at least one vane 25, a nose cone 24 and a turbine assembly 17. The guide vane assembly may be offset in relation to the axis of the turbine assembly. <IMAGE>
