1489881 Hydraulic reciprocating motors C VAN DER LELY NV 21 Oct 1974 [22 Oct 1973] 45487/74 Heading F1A [Also in Division B7] Each wheel of an agricultural tractor (see Division B7) is driven by individual wheel drive mechanism comprising a pair of double-acting hydraulic cylinders 80 which are pivotally connected to conical extensions 86 of a housing 67 and have pistons 79 connected by respective rods 76, 78 to bearing bushes 72 separately rotatably mounted on a crank-pin 68 integral with a shaft 64 journalled in the housing 67 and carrying the wheel 3. Pressurized hydraulic fluid is admitted to each cylinder 80 by control means 88 including slidable valve elements carried by a rod 90 having mounted thereon a roller 92 which engages a cam plate 70 on the shaft 64.
