Abstract

1353079 Cartons VIBIXA Ltd 2 Oct 1972 [10 Nov 1971] 52310/71 Heading B8P On end flap 10a of a skillet-type carton has a power aperture 17 covered by a closure strip 25 defined by perforations 22 in an end flap 12a. The area 20 surrounding the aperture 17 is coated with an oil-based printing ink so that the closure strip 25 will not adhere thereto. Portions 28 of the area 20 are left uncoated to provide an initial seal. The closure strip 25 has a hinged tab portion 26 which engages in portion 19 of the aperture 17 to reclose the carton. The flap 13a has an aperture 21 underlying the aperture 17.
