Abstract

1292055 Cored yarns COURTAULDS Ltd 10 March 1970 [11 March 1969] 12625/69 Heading D1W A flame resistant yarn consists of a filamentary glass core, around which is wound a roving of unbulked, synthetic, organic, flameresistant textile fibres, e.g. of copolymers of acrilonitrile and vinyl chloride or vinylidene chloride. The core may be bulked by passing through an air jet. Knitted or woven fabrics may be made from the yarn.
