[Also in Divisions A4 and B8] A laminate comprises a layer of metal foil, e.g. aluminum, between two layers of thermoplastics plastics material which having differing melting points e.g. a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate m.p. 100-105‹ C. and an ethylene homopolymer m.p. 105-125‹ C.
