Abstract

1,212,565. Hypodermic syringe. WEST PHARMARUBBER Ltd. 25 March, 1969 [29 May, 1968], No. 25760/68. Heading A5R. In a hypodermic syringe having a piston 6 on which are inner and outer annular rings 7, 8 at least one notch 10 is provided in the outer annular ring to permit sterilising gas entering the syringe via opening 5 to sterilise the area (9) between the piston rings.
