1,158,887. Multi-filament electric incandescent lamp. BRITISH LIGHTING INDUSTRIES Ltd. 22 May, 1968 [18 July, 1967], No. 32918/67. Heading H1F. A halogen-filled lamp 10 having a quartz envelope is mounted assymetrically on base 20 so that only one of the filaments 13 lies on the longitudinal axis of the base. Both filaments 13 and 14 are arranged symmetrically in the envelope. Multi-filament bulbs are also mentioned.
