[Also in Division E1] A laminated panel comprises extruded expanded polystyrene 12 sandwiched between and adhered by a contact adhesive to two asbestos cement cellulose sheets 13, 14 of which 13 is faced with a sheet 15 of butyl rubber of polyisobutylene secured by bonding along spaced narrow bands. The panel edges are sealed by tapes 16 of polyvinyl chloride. The panels may be reinforced by battens secured to the sheet 14.
