Lesdits premiers et deuxièmes types d’équipements communiquent par un protocole de connexion automatique à courte distance, Les équipements du premier type comportant un émetteur émettant de manière constante continue ou périodique, les équipements du second type étant autonomes en énergie et interagissant avec un équipement du premier type les équipements de l’un au moins des types comportant des moyens pour commander l’activation d’une alerte locale en cas de détection d’une connexion automatique à courte distanceles équipements de l’un au moins des types comportant en outre des moyens de communication avec un téléphone intelligent pour la transmission à un serveur de données numériques résultant d’un échange avec un équipement de l’autre type.
