[En synthèse, l’invention concerne un concerne un distributeur communiquant de fluide (1) permettant de distribuer de manière contrôlée au moins un fluide – préférentiellement du type d’une solution nettoyante et/ou désinfectante – et comportant en outre un dispositif de communication par voie lumineuse (13) configuré pour permettre un transfert de données numériques entre ledit distributeur communiquant (1) et une balise portative portée par un utilisateur lorsque ce dernier met en œuvre ledit distributeur communiquant (1). Conformément à l’invention, le distributeur communiquant (1) de fluide permet de mieux gérer l’utilisation dudit distributeur communiquant (1) de fluide en permettant de mesurer plusieurs paramètres d’utilisation. L’invention concerne aussi un ensemble de gestion comportant une pluralité de distributeurs communiquant (1) de fluide formant ensemble un réseau distant (C) interconnecté et communiquant avec une pluralité de balises portatives.
