Abstract
Un système de fixation (SF) équipe une chaîne de montage (CM) comprenant un support (SV) supportant un véhicule (V), comprenant un plancher (PV) auquel a été préalablement couplé au moins un écran aéraulique à solidariser fixement, et déplaçable suivant un trajet prédéfini. Ce système (SF) comprend, d’une part, un bras robotisé (BR12) comprenant une première extrémité (E1) destinée à être couplée temporairement à un endroit prédéfini du support (SV) et une seconde extrémité (E2) munie d’une visseuse (VB) destinée à solidariser fixement l’écran aéraulique au plancher (PV), et d’une caméra (CO) acquérant des images sous cet écran aéraulique, et, d’autre part, un calculateur (CA) pilotant ce bras robotisé (BR12) en fonction des images acquises par sa caméra (CO) pour positionner sa visseuse (VB) là où elle doit réaliser son vissage.
