TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of quality control of an intervention to be performed by an operator on a particular piece of equipment at a given site.

One of the recurring questions concerning the quality of interventions, in particular maintenance, carried out on a particularly sensitive industrial site such as a nuclear power station, concerns the sharing of feedback on the same type of intervention, experienced by the various stakeholders. prior, the provision of this general feedback to the attention of the speaker about to act, and the verification of the taking into account by this speaker of this feedback.

STATE OF THE ART AND ITS DISADVANTAGES

Among the existing quality control methods and systems, European patent application EP 2 045 770 discloses a quality control system making it possible to build an information exchange chain linking several companies for greater transparency in the control of quality, and to solve the current problems associated with quality control.

To this end, this quality control system includes servers linked to companies having different internal quality control systems and linked together by networks and client devices used by quality control managers employed by the respective companies. A database is managed, which records quality control rules for producing a product, the quality control rules being determined by means of a first computer device associated with a first entity controlling the production of the product, the database being managed by a second IT device associated with a second entity to manage product quality control, the product being produced from a plurality of production chains associated respectively with third entities. Quality control data is received on the second computing device from data collection devices in the plurality of production chains, each of the data collection devices being able to collect quality control data for the product. On the second IT device, the quality control data are compared with the quality control rules; at least one quality control event is triggered when the quality control data does not meet at least one of the quality control rules.

This quality control system specific to a production process cannot, however, be transposed to the process of technical intervention on equipment on a site. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

In this context, the invention aims to provide assistance in maintaining the quality of a scheduled intervention to be performed by an operator on a particular piece of equipment at a given site, which facilitates the provision of the operator past experience feedback for the same type of intervention and / or the same equipment experienced on a network of partner industrial sites.
