Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de prévention (100) des situations dangereuses pour un conducteur d'un véhicule de transport, comprenant : - une mémoire (30) dans laquelle est stocké un schéma comportemental du conducteur au cours de sa conduite, ce schéma comportemental comprenant des données relatives à au moins une situation de conduite dangereuse du conducteur liée à un état de vigilance du conducteur insuffisant, - un module de détermination (20) de la situation de conduite du conducteur adapté à déterminer une situation de conduite actuelle du conducteur, - un module d'estimation (10) d'un état de vigilance actuel du conducteur, et - une unité de commande (50) programmée pour : - comparer la situation de conduite actuelle du conducteur à la situation de conduite dangereuse stockée dans le schéma comportemental, - comparer l'état de vigilance actuel du conducteur à un état de vigilance seuil, et - commander l'émission d'un signal d'alerte à destination du conducteur en fonction desdites deux comparaisons.The invention relates to a device for preventing (100) dangerous situations for a driver of a transport vehicle, comprising: - a memory (30) in which is stored a behavioral diagram of the driver during his driving, this behavioral diagram comprising data relating to at least one dangerous driving situation of the driver linked to an insufficient state of vigilance of the driver, - a module for determining (20) the driving situation of the driver adapted to determine a current driving situation of the driver, - an estimation module (10) of a current vigilance state of the driver, and - a control unit (50) programmed to: - compare the current driving situation of the driver with the dangerous driving situation stored in the diagram behavioral, - compare the driver's current vigilance state to a threshold vigilance state, and - order the emission of an alert signal at destination of the driver according to said two comparisons.
