Abstract

The invention relates to a device for applying a cosmetic product comprising a receptacle 1, able to contain the cosmetic product, and a tip 2 capable of being loaded with said product, said tip 2 being emmanchable on a finger 17 and said receptacle 1 being configured so that said tip 2 is in contact with said product in a closed position of said receptacle 1. The invention also relates to the tip 2 of said device for applying a cosmetic product.

Description

The invention relates to a device for the application of a cosmetic product and its associated endpiece which can be attached to a finger. Cosmetic product applicator assemblies are known, in particular for a cosmetic product intended to be applied to the eyes such as eye shadow and / or eyeliner, on eyelashes such as mascara and on the lips, such as red, gloss, gloss and / or lip balm. Typically, these cosmetic applicator assemblies include a stem extending from a plug and an applicator attached to a free end of the rod.

By the very fact of the length of the stem, the user can often have the perception of not sufficiently mastering the gesture and the precision of application of the cosmetic product.

The present invention therefore consists in proposing a device for applying a cosmetic product to overcome this disadvantage. Thus, the invention relates to a device for the application of a cosmetic product comprising a receptacle, able to contain the cosmetic product, and a tip capable of being loaded with said product, said tip being emmanchable on a finger and said receptacle. being configured so that said tip is in contact with said product in a closed position of said receptacle. Thanks to the ferrule on the finger of the device according to the invention, the user can thus bring his finger closer to the area to make up and therefore better control the gesture and the application accuracy of the cosmetic product. It should be noted that the latter feature is also advantageous in a device for applying a cosmetic product in which the tip is not necessarily emmanchable on a finger.

The invention thus also relates to a device for applying a cosmetic product comprising a receptacle, able to contain the cosmetic product, and a tip capable of being loaded with said product, the receptacle being configured in such a way that tip is in contact with the cosmetic product in a closed position of the receptacle.

In this embodiment the receptacle may comprise a bottle and a cap, the tip being clamped between the bottle and the cap, and the tip being advantageously configured to be positioned between an edge of a neck of the bottle and the hood so as to allow sealing in the closed position of the receptacle. The invention relates first of all to a device for applying a cosmetic product as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2. Such a device comprises a receptacle 1 and a tip 2.

Advantageously, the material used for the manufacture of the receptacle 1 according to the invention may be chosen from the group comprising plastic materials, glass, metal and a combination of these materials. The tip 2 is, for example, elastomeric material.

A first embodiment of the device according to the invention is illustrated in FIG. 1. In this embodiment, the device is shown to be oval shaped. However, it is quite conceivable to design the device illustrated in Figure 1 in another form, including round, square, triangular and / or rectangular. The receptacle 1 comprises a base 3 and a cover 5 fixed to the base 3. The cover 5 is movable relative to the base 3 between a closed position of the receptacle 1, said closed position, illustrated in FIGS. 1A and 1C and a opening position of the receptacle 1, said open position, illustrated in Figure 1B. To confer this mobility, the base 3 and the cover 5 can be completely detachable from each other or articulated by any type of articulation means known to those skilled in the art, in particular a hinge 7 (illustrated in FIG. figure 1). The base 3, in turn, is configured to house a reservoir 15, the latter serving to contain the cosmetic product. The depth and the dimension of the reservoir 15 must be sufficient to allow the tip 2 to be in contact with the cosmetic product in the closed position of the receptacle 1. More particularly, the depth of the reservoir 15 is between 1 mm and 10 mm. mm. The dimensions of the reservoir 15 are between 15 mm and 35 mm in length and 8 mm and 15 mm in width. Advantageously, the reservoir 15 containing said cosmetic product is rechargeable. To introduce a new refill, simply replace the tank. This can be done by any type of means, for example via a latching system. A second embodiment of the device according to the invention is illustrated in FIG. 2. In this second embodiment, the receptacle 1 comprises a bottle 4 and a cover 6, the cover 6 being fixed on the bottle 4. The cover 6 is movable relative to the bottle 4 between a closed position of the receptacle 1, said closed position and an open position of the receptacle 1, 30 said open position. To confer this mobility, the bottle 4 and the cover 6 can be completely detachable from each other (as illustrated in FIG. 2) or articulated by any type of articulation means known to those skilled in the art, in particular a hinge.

The hood 6 is provided with an annular sealing rib 8 and an internal thread 10.

The bottle 4 comprises a body 14 in which the cosmetic product is contained and a neck 16 for the introduction of the tip 2 into the body. The neck is provided with an external thread 18 intended to cooperate with the internal thread 10 of the cover 6. The depth and the dimension of the body 14 must be sufficient to allow the tip 2 to be in contact with the cosmetic product in the closed position of the receptacle 1. More particularly, the depth of the body 14 is between 35 mm and 50 mm while its width is between 25 mm and 35 mm.

Advantageously, the bottle 4 containing said cosmetic product is refillable. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2, the nozzle is configured to be positioned between an edge of the neck 16 of the bottle 4 and the sealing rib 8 of the cap 6 so as to allow sealing when the receptacle 1 is in closed position. To do this, the tip 2 is held by clamping between the bottle 4 and the sealing rib 8 of the cover 6. This tightening is here made by screwing.

Although the seal has been obtained by screwing in FIG. 2, it is quite conceivable to design the device illustrated in FIG. 2 with any other type of closure mechanism of the bottle with the cap known to the man of the occupation, provided that this mechanism can achieve the desired seal with the help of the nozzle 2. For example, when the mobility between the bottle and the hood is achieved using a hinge, the tip 2 can always be held by clamping between the bottle 4 and the sealing rib 8 of the cover 6. The clamping can then be achieved by snapping (not shown). The receptacle 1 is thus configured to hold the tip 2 in place after closing the receptacle 1. It can be seen in FIG. 1C that the tip 2 is superimposed with the reservoir 15, in the closed position of the receptacle 1 , so as to come into contact with the cosmetic product. In the configuration illustrated in Figure 2, it is understood that the tip 2, once resting on the neck 16 of the bottle 4, bathes in the cosmetic product.

The tip 2 according to the invention is able to be loaded with cosmetic product, through the receptacle 1 described above or not. The cosmetic product is intended to be applied to the eyes such as an eye shadow and / or 3022441 eyeliner, on the eyelashes such as mascara and on the lips such as red, gloss, shine and / or or lip balm. Advantageously, the formulation of the cosmetic product in the configuration of the device according to FIG. 1 will be rather dry (cake) to avoid flow and sealing problems, while in the configuration according to FIG. 2, the formulation of the cosmetic product can take a pasty form, see liquid. As shown in Figure 3, the tip 2 according to the invention is emmanchable on a finger 17. Preferably, the tip 2 will be inserted on the index of the user.

By using the index, it is generally easier to apply the cosmetic product to the area to make up and especially to reach hard to reach areas, such as the corners of the eyes and mouth. In addition, the fact that the tip 2 is fitted on a finger 17, whether the index finger or any other finger, allows the user to be able to bend the eyelashes during the application of the mascara.

Advantageously, the tip 2 internally comprises ribs (not shown), thus allowing it to be held on the finger 17 of the user. The endpiece 2 also has sufficient flexibility to be able to pass a finger 17 and thus allow the user, by the curvature of the finger and the fact that the tip fits this curvature, in particular to bend the eyelashes or apply lipstick more precisely. The tip 2, however, retains a certain rigidity so that it can come into contact with the cosmetic product when closing the receptacle 1. The tip 2 also has a rigid ring 27 providing both a means for facilitate the introduction of the finger 17 of the user and a structure for seating the tip 2 on the neck 16 in the open position and in the configuration shown in Figure 2. Advantageously, the tip 2 is molded elastomer .

The tip 2 comprises an envelope 28 within which the user fits his finger and one or more applicator areas 19 of the cosmetic product. The tip 2 does not include a rod connecting the zone (s) applicator (s) 19 and the gripping zone. An applicator zone 19 is a well-defined surface at the level of the envelope 28, said envelope 28 making it possible to grip the tip 2. The applicator zone 19 is generally flattened and enables the cosmetic product to be removed.

In one embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2, said envelope 28 has an external surface of homogeneous appearance, the product being taken at a portion of the endpiece 2 intended to be at the end of the finger. 17 on the side opposite to the nail and forming an applicator zone. In additional embodiments, particularly illustrated in FIGS. 1B, 1C, 3 and 4, the applicator zone 19 may comprise or have: a smooth, textured or flocked surface of the envelope 28, a plurality of protuberances 21, these latter extending generally projecting and comprising a base located at the level of the casing 28 and a free end, - a comb 23, for combing the eyelashes in particular or the eyebrows, and / or - a configured protrusion 25 of in order to allow the application of said product in the form of a line on the skin. In a particular embodiment, the tip 2 comprises a single applicator zone 19 of the cosmetic product (see FIGS. 1B, 1C and 3). In another particular embodiment, the tip 2 comprises at least two applicator areas 19. For example, the tip 2 has 25 applicator areas 19: a comb 23 and a plurality of protuberances 21. Said applicator zones 19 are advantageously opposed to each other, to see equidistant from each other. As illustrated in FIG. 4, the tip 2 comprises three applicator zones 30: a first applicator zone 19 comprising a plurality of protuberances 21; a second applicator zone 19 comprising a comb 23, and a third applicator zone 19 comprising a protrusion 25 at the distal end of the tip 2.

Advantageously, and in the same way as the envelope 28, the (the) area (s) applicator (s) 19, the protuberances 21, the comb 23 and the protrusion 25 are elastomeric. In a particular embodiment, the applicator zone (s) 19, the protuberances 21, the comb 23, the protrusion 25 may be molded with the envelope 28. In other words, the (the) applicator area (s) 19, the protuberances 21, the comb 23, the protuberance 25 may be from the same material as the envelope 28 or molded onto the envelope 28. Other materials may still be used, namely the "EXACT" material of ExxonMobil or the "HYTREL" material of Dupont or a mixture of these materials [elastomer 60-80ShA].

This makes it possible to produce protuberances 21 with original shapes. It is thus possible to produce, directly and by a single molding operation, the complex shape which will give its characteristics to the protuberances 21.

The protuberances 21 are preferably arranged in a plurality of rows which extend parallel to the longitudinal extension axis (X) of the mouthpiece.

In one embodiment, said rows are offset radially and / or axially relative to each other. In a further exemplary embodiment, it is conceivable that the length of the protuberances 21, from their base located at the envelope 28 to their free end, is the same, or on the contrary is different, for the set of protuberances 21 that includes the tip 2. This length is generally between 2 mm and 6 mm. Furthermore, the diameter of the protuberances 21 at their base is generally between 0.3 mm and 0.6 mm, while the diameter at their end is generally between 0.1 mm and 0.3 mm, said protuberances 21 being provided circular section.

Advantageously, the applicator zone (s) 19 form (s) an applicator, a brush, a comb and a liner for the application of a cosmetic product. During handling of the receptacle 1 configured according to FIG. 1, the cover 5 moves from its closed position (FIGS. 1A and 1C) to its open position (FIG. 1B). During this manipulation, the cover 5 causes the tip 2 to move in a position in which it is in contact with the cosmetic product at a position in which the tip 2 covered with a cosmetic product is made accessible to the user. At this time, the user inserts a finger 17 in the tip 2, detach the latter from the inner surface (SIC) of the cover 5 to finally apply the product to the area to be made up. It should be noted that when more than one applicator zone 19 is present on the envelope 28, the applicator zones 19 not being in direct contact with the cosmetic product must be placed in contact with the said product, and this by means of user himself.

During handling of the receptacle 1 configured according to FIG. 2, the cover 6 moves from its closed position to its open position by unscrewing the cap 6 of the bottle 4. At this moment, the user inserts a finger 17 into the mouthpiece 2, detaches it from the neck 16 of the bottle 4 to finally apply the product to the area to be made up. Once makeup has been performed, the user returns to position the tip 2 on the neck 16 of the bottle 4 so that the tip 2 is brought into contact with the cosmetic product. Once the tip 2 is positioned on the neck 16 of the bottle 4, the cap 6 can be screwed onto the bottle 4 so as to seal the device via the tip 2, the latter being clamped between the rib. sealing 8 of the cover 6 and the bottle 4 by screwing. The invention also relates to a tip 2 of said device for applying a cosmetic product, said tip 2 and said device having been previously described. It also relates to the tip 2 itself, whether or not intended to be used with such receptacles 1.
