Description
The present invention relates to a device for storing, processing and transmitting digital data of a commercial transaction carried out in electronic money, in particular by smart card or by "smartphone". Since the invention of the smart card, its financial use has become widespread as a credit card, credit card and also loyalty card. Its distribution, initially limited to banking institutions, has become widespread with cards issued by credit companies and especially supermarket chains. The result is an inflation of cards, generally incompatible with each other for certain functions.
If, for example, it is possible to pay for a purchase made in a supermarket by means of a card issued by its bank, it does not record the data relating to customer loyalty, which remains in the computer territory of the bank. the supermarket sign.
These technical limitations notably prevent the creation of a universal payment and loyalty card. The possibility of a universal payment card as of fidelity would therefore imply to be able to expand the information transmitted during the passage of the card in the payment terminals. But today, the transmission made to the bank is limited to an identity, a possible coding of the purchase and, especially, a figure to debit the account. The object of the present invention is therefore to overcome these various disadvantages, by proposing a device for storing, processing and transmitting digital data of a commercial transaction, ideally relating to products or services being purchased or rental, and carried out in electronic money by an electronic money storage medium SUP such as a smart card or a smartphone. According to a major feature of the invention, the data is organized in the form of numbers representing vectors in a multi-dimensional frame. The medium is able to transmit the data, in whole or in part in vector form, to the bank. The electronic money carriers, such as the card or the "smartphone", can thus serve as a loyalty or network instrument, offering the credit institution or the account-keeper the ability to plan, depending on the marketing networks. concerned, secondary transactions based on the purchases made. These secondary transactions may be discounts 15 for members, pools dedicated to works of solidarity or collective interest, commissions or retro-commissions, etc. These are each materialized by a precise dimension of the vector space. A calculation module, included in the physical or virtual VSE programs, distributes in real time the commercial transaction carried out on the dimensions offered to the merchant and thus establishes the transactions that will ultimately be recorded in the credit or payment institution. . According to another characteristic of the invention, the support incorporates a converter capable of transcribing the data in vector form, in whole or in part. According to another characteristic of the invention, the vector form consists of several vector spaces, of variable size. The medium is able to receive data relating to a buyer, a prescriber, a merchant, their states in the network to which the merchant beneficiary of the transaction adheres. - 3 - Vector spaces are suitable for use or not. According to another characteristic of the invention, the dimensions of the vector spaces used each have a precise meaning in the chart of accounts of the bank, which manages payment terminals able to cooperate with the media. According to another characteristic of the invention, all or part of the data in vector form are already encrypted at the level of the product or service object of the commercial transaction. According to another characteristic of the invention, the bank receives the data from the medium. It is able to transcribe in accounting all or part of the data in vector form. Other advantages and features will become more apparent from the following description of a non-exclusive embodiment of a device according to the invention, given by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the appended drawing: Figure 1 and single represents a general synoptic view of said DIS device. With reference to the figure, the object of the invention relates to a device DIS for storing, processing and transmitting to a bank BAN digital data DAT 25 of a commercial transaction. Said digital data DAT are ideally related to payments of products or services being purchased or rented, and made in electronic money by an electronic money memory support 30 SUP such as a smart card or a "smartphone". The DAT data is organized as numbers representing vectors in a multi-dimensional coordinate system. Said SUP is able to transmit said DAT data, in vector form, to said bank BAN. In some cases, this transmission in vector form may concern only a part of said DAT data. Said SUP incorporates a CNV converter adapted to transcribe said DAT data in vector form. In some cases, this vector-form transcription may concern only a portion of said DAT data. Said vector form consists of several vector spaces ESP1, ESP13, of variable size. Said SUP is able to receive data relating to an ACH buyer, a PRE prescriber, a COM trader, to their states in an RES network to which adheres said merchant beneficiary of said transaction. Said vector spaces ESP1, ESP13, are able to be used or not. The dimensions of said vector spaces ESP1, ESP13, used each have a precise meaning in the chart of accounts of said bank BAN, which manages payment terminals able to cooperate with said SUP media. This is to facilitate the identification and monitoring of the financial operations of the various actors. The present embodiment describes, by way of example, thirteen ESP1, ESP13 vector spaces corresponding respectively to a total amount ESP1, to an ESP2 drawback, to an ESP3 sponsorship rebate, to a large drawback ESP4, to a solidarity pot. 30 ESP5, another ESP6 pot, ESP7 first commission, ESP8 second commission, ESP9 third commission, ESP10 first event, ESP11 second event, ESP12 third event, ESP13 advertisement. According to a particular embodiment, all or part of said DAT data in vector form may already be encrypted at the level of said product or service object of said commercial transaction.
15According to another particular embodiment, said bank BAN receives the data of said SUP medium. It is then able to transcribe in accounting all or part of said DAT data in vector form. It is obvious that the example of an embodiment which has just been given is only a particular illustration and in no way limiting in relation to the fields of application of the invention. 15
