OF THE INVENTION [0001] The invention relates to the field of folding tables and more specifically those provided in transport vehicles such as trains, boats and others. In such environments the space must be occupied in the most rational and functional way possible. It is also a question of respecting the norms in force, in particular as regards safety. The present invention is of particular interest in the development of spaces for the disabled. In these spaces people must be able to move easily with their chairs or other therapeutic materials, but they must also be able to benefit from equipment such as folding tables at their disposal. The tables must be easily foldable and unfoldable, and they must also have a high level of security and reliability. They must occupy in the folded state a minimum of space. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART [0002] Folding tables are known comprising several shelves folding over each other and which, thus folded, are held against a fixed wall of a transport vehicle or against the back of an armchair. There are also known tablets which, in the folded state, constitute a kind of horizontal tablet of reduced size. The known means for retaining shelves are mechanical means such as hooks, flanges or specific walls forming with the structural walls, envelopes for the folded shelves. This type of means is not suitable for the environments described above, nor to the disabled persons concerned. Indeed folding and handling can be complicated or impossible for people with disabilities, neurodeficient, not having all the physical capabilities of a healthy adult. Children may also have trouble handling known tables. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art and in particular to provide a folding table that can be easily handled, with a simple movement including folding it; the invention allows especially assisted and reliable locking of the table in the folded position. The invention further provides damping the movement of the tablets of the table, to facilitate and secure their folding and unfolding, including the public concerned. To do this is proposed according to a first aspect of the invention a folding table with several shelves foldable on each other in a support according to a plane perpendicular to a work plane, comprising at least a first and a second shelves connected by a first pivot connection on a first so-called common side, the second shelf being connected by a second pivot connection to a fixed support. According to the invention the table further comprises a resilient locking means of the tablets in the folded position. Furthermore, the folding table according to the invention further comprises a hydraulic damping means of the rotation of said tablets. More specifically said damping means comprises a cylindrical container containing a viscous fluid, having an axis rotated by the second pivot connection and provided with at least one pallet defining at least two chambers inside said pot; a groove is provided in the inner wall of said pot and / or one of said pallets to regulate the flow of liquid between said chambers. Such a damper can hold the shelves when the user loose or is unable to hold them during their movement. More specifically, said locking means of said tablets comprises at least one extension of the plane of the second tablet cooperating with a first fork which cooperates with a means associated with a first end of a compression spring fixed by its second end to a holding piece and / or said support. This arrangement locks the shelves in the folded position; moreover it allows their maintenance in this position despite an essentially horizontal acceleration of the vehicle, which tends to detach them from their folded position that is to say vertical. Preferably, pivot links fixed relative to said support are provided for the rotation of the first fork and the compression spring. In addition, pivot links movable relative to said support are provided between the first fork and the second end of said spring, and between the extension of the shelf and the first fork. Specifically, an inner wall of the support is provided to guide and constitute a mechanical stop for the extension of the plane of the tablet. Advantageously, said at least one extension is provided with at least one lug which cooperates with said first fork by sliding and rotation. According to a preferred embodiment, there is provided a set of two folding tables arranged vis-à-vis and having juxtaposed supports. Such a set is very compact and fits perfectly to the spaces provided in the trains, for example between passenger seats facing each other. This set occupies a minimum volume in the folded position, so that a person in a wheelchair can move easily around.

OF AN EMBODIMENT [0019] An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the perspective of FIG. 1, where two tables can be seen arranged facing each other in the same support or formwork. Each table here being constituted in the same way, only one will be described hereinafter. A first shelf 1 is connected at a first common side by a first pivot connection 3 to a second shelf 2, so that the first 1 is foldable on the second 2 after rotation of 180 °. In the working position, the two shelves 1, 2 are arranged in the same plane, generally horizontal. The first pivot connection 3, of the hinge type, is preferably invisible, that is to say integrated into the thickness of each of the tablets. The second shelf 2 is connected to the support 100 by a second pivot connection 4 of the hinge type and it can rotate 90 ° around the second pivot connection to move from a working position, deployed out of the formwork, to a storage position in the interior space defined by the support or formwork 100. In the storage position the two shelves 1, 2 are arranged in a vertical or substantially vertical plane, inside the formwork 100. [0021] FIG. 2 shows what has just been described by a section in the thickness of the shelves 1, 2 mounted on the support 100; the pivot links 3 and 4 are also schematized. The right part of this figure shows a table in working position, deployed, while the left part of this figure shows a table in the folded position, here vertical. Figure 3 is a section showing in more detail the resilient locking means of the tablets in the locked position, a priori when they are in the vertical position, as in the right part of Figure 3. The axis of rotation 4 of the second tablet 2 is fixed relative to the tablet 2 and the support 100; it can therefore rotate 90 °. The locking means preferably comprises an extension or appendix 9 disposed in the plane of the second shelf 2 over a portion of its length, preferably near one of its lateral edges. The extension 9 is provided with a lug or axis 10 which extends parallel to the axis 4 and cooperates with a first fork 11 in particular near the vertical position as illustrated in FIG. 3. The first fork 11 is hinged in rotation around a first axis 12 fixed relative to the support 100. The other end of the fork 11 drives a lever 13 hinged about a second axis 14 movable and common to the lever 13 and the fork 11. The lever 13 is also provided with a second fork 15 which cooperates with a third axis 17 in order to compress a spring 16 under the action of the rotation of the first fork 11. When the first 12, second 14 and third 17 axes are aligned, the spring 16 is in a state of maximum compression; this corresponds to an intermediate position between the working position and the row position of the shelves. Near the (vertical) row position of the shelves, the spring 16 exerts a pressure (extension) which forces the first fork 11 to rotate about its axis 12 and thus forces the appendix 9 and the shelf 2 to the vertical position. Of course the second end of the spring 16 is fixed on a fixed element: either the wall itself of the formwork 100, or a stirrup 20 which protrudes from the formwork as illustrated by FIGS. 3 and 4. The spring 16 is dimensioned so that, under the action of a positive or negative horizontal acceleration, less than or equal to a given threshold, it exerts sufficient force on the first 1 and second 2 tablets folded over each other, so that they remain immobilized in vertical row position. The locking means described above is a preferred embodiment. It also makes it possible to extract the first and second tablets by rotation along the pivot axis 4, only if the force exerted by the user is greater than a predetermined given force. By way of illustration, for a cumulative mass of shelves 1, 2 of the order of 3 kg, the spring and the various parts are sized so that a tensile force of 10 N is required. The skilled person will size depending on the application case considered. Another aspect of the invention relates to a damping means of the movement of the tablets; an example of hydraulic damper is illustrated in Figures 5 and 6. [0026] Figure 5 shows in a schematic section the mounting of the damping means 7 in the formwork 100. The damping means is in the form of a pot or cylindrical body 23 in which is rotatably mounted a central hub 8 equipped with two vanes 21, 22. The rotary hub 8 is oriented horizontally, more exactly parallel to the axes of rotation 4 of the shelves 1, 2. The hub 8 ( moving part of the damping means 7) in which the end of the axis 4 penetrates, and the vanes 21, 22 have a minimum clearance vis-à-vis the inner wall of the cylindrical pot 23 which is filled with a fluid whose viscosity is chosen by those skilled in the art depending on the particular case, in particular according to the required resistance. Thus several chambers are defined inside the body 23. A groove 24 is provided in the body 23 (and / or in one of the vanes 21, 22); it allows the passage of the viscous fluid from one chamber to another, so that the size of the groove 24, and the viscosity of the liquid, are parameters that will damp different masses, at appropriate speeds. Those skilled in the art will size these parts and will choose the viscosity of the fluid depending on the intended application case and in particular the mass of the tablets which are to dampen the movement. The connection between the damping means 7 and the second shelf 2 consists of a rotational drive of the hub 8. As an illustration, the hub 8 has a shape conjugate with that of an axis or lug which protrudes from a lateral side of the second tablet 2; this axis is advantageously the axis 4 of rotation of the shelves 1.2 folded one on the other. It follows from the above that the operation of the folding table is as follows: the opening: the user being placed in front of a vertically folded table in the support or formwork 100, it rotates 90 ° the first 1 and the second 2 tablets folded one on the other around the second pivot connection 4; the two tablets 1, 2 are then in a horizontal plane. The user then rotates 1800 first tablet 1 around the first pivot connection 3, which places the surfaces of the tablets 1, 2 in the same plane. The so-called higher plan is the work plan. During the first rotational movement, the damping means 7 advantageously allows to brake in a controlled manner the rotation of the two shelves 1, 2 still folded against each other. This assistance to the movement is very useful, if not essential, for people who do not have the faculty to accompany the movement themselves. The closure of the table is effected by a reverse movement, that is to say a first rotation of 180 ° of the first tablet 1 around the first axis of rotation 3, which folds the first tablet 1 against the second tablet 2; more precisely the so-called upper working faces of each shelf 1, 2 are thus brought vis-à-vis. If the upper available horizontal surface of the two shelves thus folded is considered sufficient, the user can also use it as a work surface. If the user wishes to completely fold the table, it then pushes up the front edge of the two folded shelves, which generates a rotation of 90 ° 30 of the two shelves folded around the second axis 4. During this rotation, the spring 16 is fully compressed when the three axes 12, 14, 17 are aligned, which corresponds to the last part of the rotation; then the spring 16 restores its energy which corresponds to the fully folded position, locking. This rotation therefore ends in a kind of latching in the vertical position, thanks to the elastic locking means according to the invention. Again, such a snap can be considered as an aid or assistance in the handling of the table because it ensures the correct positioning folded table. In addition the dimensioning of the various parts involved makes it possible to ensure this positioning even in the case of acceleration essentially oriented along the working plane, that is to say perpendicular to the plane in which the tablets are folded. The figures and the associated description show a set of two folding tables arranged side by side and which can unfold on either side of the support-formwork 100. This corresponds to a configuration for trains. Of course any other configuration, and in particular that where a single table would be so arranged, is within the scope of the invention.
