Description
La présente invention concerne un système pour faciliter le coulage du béton dans un prémur. Le coulage du béton dans les prémurs nécessite traditionnellement deux hommes pour le faire,un qui tire la cablette de la benne pour faire descendre le béton et le deuxième tien le tuyau de la benne pour faire entrer le béton dans le vide du prémur qui doit être rempli de béton. L'ouverture du prémur varie entre 6cm et 8cm selon l'épaisseur de ce dernier et le diamètre des tuyaux des bennes à béton est de 18cm ce qui provoque le débordement du béton en dehors du prémur pendant le coulage. Le système est constitué de quatre faces. Les deux longues faces symétriques par rapport l'axe longitudinal sont inclinées vers le bas empêchant le béton de déborder et le conduisant vers l'ouverture du prémur. Les deux autres faces verticales servent à fixer le système au prémur grâce aux encoches qu'elles possèdent. La largeur de ces encoches doit avoir la même cote que l'épaisseur du prémur pour s'assurer de la bonne stabilité du système pendant le coulage. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention: -La figure 1 représente une vue de dessus du système (1) inventé. -La figure 2 représente une vue de profil-coupe du système (1). -La figure 3 représente une vue en 3 D du système (1). -La figure 4 représente un prémur (2) prêt à être coulé. -La figure 5 représente le système (1) posé sur le prémur (2) et fixé grâce aux encoches (3). Le système (1) est fabriqué en bois (contreplaqué de l'extérieur « CBTX ») d'épaisseur 18 mm, ou autres matériaux. Les différentes faces sont fixées entres elles avec 4 vices sur chaque coté (fig. 3). The system consists of four faces. The system (1) is made of wood ("CBTX" exterior plywood) 18 mm thick, or other materials. The different faces are fixed between them with 4 defects on each side (Fig. 3).
