The invention relates to an enclosure intended to be arranged in an object of daily life subjected to an effort, such as a shoe. The work leading up to the present invention was financially supported by the Seventh Framework Program of the European Union (FP7 / 2007-2013) under Grant Agreement No 222107. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the field of footwear, and particularly sports footwear or orthopedic footwear, in order to better protect the joints of a user, a shoe is manufactured so as to absorb as much as possible an energy created during the ground impact of the foot. It is thus possible to play on the materials used, the shape of the shoe, the thickness of the sole ... Various devices can also be implanted in a shoe to participate in the absorption of energy. It is thus sold commercially pockets filled with gel to stick to the heel and / or toes on a sole of a shoe. It is also known from document US Pat. No. 4,763,426 to insert, inside a shoe sole, a device comprising a so-called compression chamber. When a user raises his foot, the compression chamber fills with air so that when the user rests his foot on the ground, the compression chamber is empty under the action of a force exerted by the foot on the compression chamber. The compression chamber thus makes it possible to damp the impact on the ground of the foot. It is also known from US 4,229,889 to split the sole into different areas separated from each other by walls, each zone being filled with a very aerated foam. The walls are pierced so that air can flow from one area to another according to a force exerted by the user during a walking movement.
However, the devices are only controlled by the natural movement of the foot. Document US Pat. No. 7,007,412 describes an implantable device in a shoe comprising three pockets, one disposed at the front of the sole at the toes, the other at the middle and the last at the rear of the sole at the level of the sole. of the heel, two successive pockets being connected by a channel. The natural movement of the foot therefore traditionally regulates the passage of fluid from one pocket to another. However, the bags are filled with a magneto-rheological fluid and the device comprises controlled means that can generate a magnetic field capable of modifying the viscosity of said fluid. The controlled means make it easier or, on the contrary, to complicate the passage of the fluid from one bag to another by modulating the viscosity of the fluid. Thus, the controlled means used to regulate the absorption of energy by the device described during the foot impact of the foot.
However, said device has the disadvantage of being very bulky since it is arranged on the entire surface of the sole. In addition, when the fluid is made viscous by the controlled means, the device returns only slowly to a position of equilibrium when no effort is applied to the device. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION An object of the invention is to provide an enclosure that does not have the aforementioned drawbacks, said enclosure being able to be arranged in any type of object of daily life subjected to an effort, for example in a system of virtual reality to simulate contact with different materials or in a palliative or therapeutic device for the rehabilitation of the touch. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve this goal, an enclosure intended to be arranged in an object of daily life subjected to an effort, such as a shoe, is proposed, the enclosure comprising: two deformable pockets comprising a border common and arranged in series relative to the force applied to the enclosure, the two pockets having sections of different size, the two pockets being in communication and filled with the same fluid; controlled means for regulating the passage of fluid from the smaller section pocket to the larger section pocket; means for passing the fluid from the larger section pocket to the smaller section pocket; the two pockets, the controlled regulation means and the passage means forming a closed circuit. The enclosure is therefore extremely compact since the two pockets are arranged in parallel with respect to the force applied to the enclosure. The inventors have thus been able to make a prototype of a centimeter in height, considered height relative to the force applied on the enclosure. Consequently, the enclosure is implantable in various objects of everyday life such as in a shoe, a bicycle pedal, a treadmill ... without the size of the enclosure being an obstacle. In addition, thanks to a pressure differential created between the two pockets by their positioning in series with respect to the applied force and their difference in section, the fluid can flow easily from one pocket to another even while being viscous. . For the present invention, it will be considered that the section of a pocket is defined relative to the force applied to the enclosure. The section is made in a plane having as normal vector said effort. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be better understood in the light of the following description of a particular non-limiting embodiment of the invention with reference to the attached figures among which: FIG. 1 is a view side of a shoe comprising an enclosure according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a sectional view of the enclosure illustrated in Figure 1; FIG. 3 is a top view in section of the chamber illustrated in FIG. 2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to FIG. 1, a chamber 100 according to the invention is arranged in a sole of a shoe 200 at the heel of said shoe 200. Thus, when a person walks, it regularly exerts a force on the sole of the shoe 200 during the impact on the ground of his foot and therefore a corresponding effort on the speaker 100 .
Referring to Figures 2 and 3, the enclosure 100 comprises a first pocket 1 and a second pocket 2 both deformable. The two pockets 1 and 2 are arranged in series relative to the force applied, in use, on the enclosure 100 (effort shown schematically by a dashed arrow). Here, the first pocket 1 has a section smaller than that of the second pocket 2 (as more visible in Figure 3). According to a particular embodiment, at equilibrium that is to say when no force is exerted on the enclosure 100, the two pockets are substantially shaped in the form of a cylinder. The first pocket 1 is arranged above the second pocket 2 relative to the force applied on the enclosure 100. The two pockets 1, 2 have a common border, here a bottom wall 3 of the first pocket 1 and a part of a side wall of the first pocket 1. The two pockets 1, 2 are filled with the same fluid and are in communication via an orifice 4 formed in the bottom wall 3 of the first pocket 1. The enclosure 100 includes fluid passage means from the second bag 2 to the first bag 1. The passage means here comprise a unidirectional valve 5 which is arranged in the part of the side wall forming a common border. The valve 5 allows a passage of the fluid from the second bag 2 to the first bag 1. Thus, when the force is applied to the enclosure 100 and therefore to the first bag 1, by balance of forces, a second force is applied by the sole at a lower wall 8 of the second pocket 2. However, the section of the first pocket 1 being smaller than the section of the second pocket 2, a pressure in the first pocket 1 is then greater than a pressure in the second pocket 2. The fluid will naturally migrate from the first pocket 1 to the second pocket 2 to restore a balance of pressures prevailing in each of the pockets. The second pocket 2 then deforms to accept this migration of the fluid. When no more force is applied to the chamber 100, the pressure in the second pocket 2 is then greater than the pressure in the first pocket 1. The fluid will then naturally migrate from the second pocket 2 to the first pocket 1 through the valve 5. The enclosure thus returns to its equilibrium state. According to the invention, the circulation of the fluid between the two pockets 1, 2 is further governed by controlled control means. The enclosure 100 is arranged so that the two pockets 1, 2, the controlled control means and the valve 5 form a closed circuit in which the fluid flows from one pocket to another. According to a preferred embodiment, the fluid is a magnetorheological fluid. The controlled regulation means then comprise a magnetic circuit 10 which rests on the bottom wall 3 of the first pocket 1 to cover the orifice 4. Here, an air gap 6 of the magnetic circuit 10 is disposed in line with said orifice 4. , the fluid must pass through the gap 6 to be able to pass through the orifice 4. The magnetic circuit 10 here comprises three coils 7a, 7b, 7c which surround the magnetic circuit 10. When the coils 7a, 7b, 7c are energized , the magnetic circuit 10 generates a magnetic field substantially at the level of the orifice 4. Said magnetic field modifies a rheological behavior of the fluid lying substantially at the gap 6 and the orifice 4 and in particular the viscosity of said fluid. Thus, by acting on the voltage applied to the coils 7a, 7b, 7c, it is possible to make the fluid more or less viscous so that when a force is applied to the enclosure 100, the fluid circulates more or less rapidly from the first pocket 1 to the second pocket 2. The enclosure 100 here comprises means for supplying its various components and in particular controlled control means. Preferably, the supply means comprise means for generating an electric current which convert a mechanical energy resulting from the deformation of the pockets 1, 2 when a force is exerted on the enclosure 100 in an electric current. In a preferred manner, the generating means comprise at least one piezoelectric generator (not shown here) to allow in particular the feeding of the coils 7a, 7b, 7c. Here, the enclosure 100 includes a battery for storing the electrical energy produced by the piezoelectric generator. Although here the enclosure is inserted into the sole of a shoe, the enclosure may be arranged in any other object of daily life subject to effort. The enclosure can thus be inserted into a bicycle pedal or on various sports machines such as a treadmill, an elliptical trainer ... Thus, the enclosure is employable for many applications. As already mentioned, the enclosure can be used to absorb energy produced for example during the impact of a shoe on the ground. Another application is to use the speaker to stimulate a part of the human body. In the case where the enclosure is disposed in a shoe, the enclosure can stimulate the foot by simulating the contact of the shoe with different floors. Indeed, the controlled means allow to adjust the viscosity of the fluid and therefore to damp more or less strongly foot impact foot. It is therefore possible to fictitiously reproduce surfaces with different mechanical properties such as concrete, sand, grass ... The enclosure can thus be used to re-educate a part of the human body, to be integrated into a joystick. video game...
Naturally, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and alternative embodiments can be made without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims. Although here the pocket of smaller section 1 is disposed on the larger section pocket 2 (according to the orientation of Figure 2), it can be envisaged that the pocket of smaller section 1 is disposed under the pocket of more large section 2 relative to the force exerted on the enclosure.
The controlled regulation means, the passage means and the fluid may be different from those described provided that the controlled means, the passage means and the two pockets form a closed assembly in which the fluid circulates, that the controlled means regulate the passage of the fluid from the smaller section pocket to the larger section pocket and that the passage means allow the passage of fluid from the larger section pocket to the smaller section pocket.
For example, the fluid may be an electrorheological fluid and the controlled regulation means may comprise a circuit capable of generating an electric field substantially at the orifice to modify the rheological behavior of the fluid and in particular its viscosity. The fluid may also be air, water ... In the case of a magnetorheological fluid, the controlled regulation means comprise a magnetic circuit which may comprise a different number of coils than that described. The magnetic circuit will comprise at least one coil. The controlled regulation means may comprise a valve disposed vertically above the orifice. Thus, the partial or total opening of the valve will regulate the flow of fluid between the smaller section pocket and the larger section pocket so that the fluid flows more or less quickly from one pocket to another . The controlled regulation means may govern the flow of fluid from one pocket to another, for example as a function of the pressure in the pocket of smaller section, the controlled control means comprising for this purpose a pressure sensor. The controlled means of regulation may themselves be trained means of passage. For example, in the case where the controlled regulation means comprise a valve disposed directly above a communication orifice between the two pockets, the valve may also be controlled to allow the fluid to pass from the larger section pocket to the pocket of smaller section. For example, the valve may be controlled to allow the fluid to pass from the larger section pocket to the smaller section pocket when the pressure in the larger section pocket exceeds a certain value. The passage means may include a plurality of unidirectional valves to allow the passage of the fluid from the larger section pocket to the smaller section pocket. The valve or valves may be simple check valves. The valve (s) may also be controlled to allow fluid to flow from the larger section pocket to the smaller section pocket when the pressure in the larger section pocket exceeds a certain value. Although here the power supply means comprise means for generating an electric current of at least the controlled regulation means, the power supply means may be different. For example, the supply means may include a battery. The pockets may be elastically deformable so as to substantially recover their original volume when no more effort is applied to the enclosure. Naturally the elasticity of the pockets will then participate in the migration of the fluid from the second bag 2 to the first bag 1 when no more effort will be applied to the enclosure.
