On connaît ainsi, dans le domaine de la sécurité, le bâton lumineux employée par un agent de police pour régler la circulation au cours de la nuit. Il s'agit ici d'un parapluie comportant une poignée sur laquelle est fixée la tige qui supporte les baleines. Cette tige est lumineuse et le circuit électrique qui la fait fonctionner est disposé dans la poignée. La tige est lisse car elle supporte le coulisseau qui permet de manoeuvrer les baleines. II est toutefois un domaine où une telle tige lumineuse n'a pas encore été utilisée, celui de la confiserie. Tout un chacun connaît la barbe à papa qui est un produit réalisé avec du sucre coloré. Ce sucre est modelé en filaments qui viennent s'entourer autour d'une tige. La barbe à papa est translucide et la présente invention a ainsi pour objet d'illuminer cette tige. Selon l'invention, le bâton est donc formé d'une poignée prolongée par une tige lumineuse ; de plus, cette tige est au moins partiellement munie de cannelures. II est en effet souhaitable que la distance entre deux cannelures consécutives soit inférieure à 4 mm. La profondeur de ces cannelures est également de l'ordre d'un mm. Suivant un mode de réalisation privilégié, le bâton est réalisé par 15 moulage en polychlorure de vinyle. La tige présente une surface granuleuse. On prévoit par ailleurs une bague 3 disposée entre la poignée 1 et la tige 2 qui fait saillie sur ces deux éléments. La finalité de cette bague 3 est d'éviter que la barbe à papa remonte sur la poignée 1. Le bâton est ici formé par l'assemblage de deux demi-coques identiques 20 pourvues de moyens de liaison qui ne sont pas plus détaillés étant donné que l'homme du métier connaît de nombreuses solutions pour réaliser cette liaison. A titre d'exemple, on peut prévoir des ergots sur l'une des demi-coques qui viennent s'engager dans des orifices prévus sur l'autre demi-coque. En référence à la figure 2, l'agencement électrique à l'intérieur du bâton 25 est schématiquement explicité. Un circuit imprimé 21 est positionné dans la tige 2, circuit qui comporte trois diodes électroluminescentes L1, L2, L3.
