Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de réaxation d'un genou affecté d'une déformation en varus. L'implant est caractérisé par une cage d'ostéotomie métallique 1 pourvue d'une importante zone de réhabitation osseuse, et de correction angulaire ajustable. Le design de la prothèse qui est représentée sur la figure 1, est déterminé de par le profil des faces médio latérales et postérieures du tibia. Le réglage de l'angulation est effectué par exemple avec la vis 4 réglant la hauteur maximale h 1 de l'angulation, et d'autre part avec les vis 5 contrôlant la hauteur h 2 et l'ajustement du parallélisme des faces 2 et 3, par rapport au plan d'ostéotomie. Les faces 2 et 3 de la prothèse sont solidarisées par les vis 6. Les dites vis verrouillent le système après ajustement de l'angulation.
