Abstract
The architecture has call servers grouped in a pool (10) arranged in a ring. An information acquisition unit (20) in connection with servers acquires data associated with a telecom network (R). Insertion (M1, M2)/extraction (E1-E3) multiplexers transmit the messages exchanged between a source point and a server to the pool. The multiplexers (E1-E3) direct the signal traffic based on quantifiable parameters/mechanical rules.
