Abstract

The invention relates to an integrated device for isolating the wheels of a shoe from the ground. The invention involves moving a mass of material from a high position to a low position so as to create a sufficient thickness to raise the wheels and isolate them from the ground and, inversely, moving a mass of material from a low position to a high position so as to eliminate the thickness created by said mass of material and so that the wheels can come into contact with the ground again. The device comprises a movable mass of material (4) which is integrated into the sole of the shoe (1). When the user moves said mass of material from the high position to the low position, the mass of material comes into contact with the ground and the thickness of said material isolates the wheels (3) from the ground. The axle (2) is never acted upon. The mass of material is held in place, for example, by a pin (5) which is inserted in a housing (7). In this way, the shoe can be switched from the skating position to the walking position.

Description

The present invention relates to a device which, by fitting or removing a mass of material, allows a shoe comprising rollers to pass from the walking function to the skating function and vice versa.

Ce dispositif est intégré à la chaussure.  This device is integrated into the shoe.

Figure img00010001

There are currently techniques other than the one currently proposed which allow this double function (by rotation or sliding of axles, locking of the casters, addition of an external device to the shoe, etc.) Figure 1 (1):
The shoe sole (1) has an axle pin (2) on which the wheel (3) and the mass of material (4) are held. The lug (5) inserted in the housing (6) immobilizes the mass of material in the high position. Function

shoe skating is activated. Figure 1 (2).

The lug (5) inserted in the housing (7) keeps the mass of material in the low position. The caster is then isolated from the ground, the walking function of the shoe is activated Note. if the sole of the shoe has four castors (in the case of the roller skate), it is thus possible to obtain a shoe with a double function for walking and skating in Figure II (variant): identical system except that the mass of material slides instead of pivoting

Claims (5)

CLAIMS 1-Roller shoes comprising a shoe sole (1) and an axle pin (2) on which the caster (3) is held, characterized in that a mass of mobile material (4) isolates the caster from the ground by low position and releases the caster in high position. 2-Chaussure à roulettes selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la masse de matière (4) pivote autour de l'axe de l'essieu (2). 2-Roller shoe according to claim 1 characterized in that the mass of material (4) pivots around the axis of the axle (2).
