Description

The present invention relates to a packaging device

  intended for the display for sale of medium and small size articles, in particular of hardware, sold individually or in batches, the said packaging being able to be used for subsequent storage

for such items.

  Many types of packaging devices for hardware items are already known, among which are the bags, which are not reusable, and the boxes some of which are reusable, the most practical being the stackable boxes and provided with a front opening. The front-opening stackable boxes, however, have the disadvantage of an uncomplicated access to the bottom of the box when there are few items, it is then necessary to extract said box from a battery for

to be able to return it.

  The object of the present invention is to propose a reusable packaging device making it possible to

remedy this disadvantage.

  The device which is the subject of the present invention is essentially characterized in that it comprises a container provided at its upper part with an articulated lid, arranged between the four side walls of a box open frontally and fastenable by its bottom to a vertical wall. said walls having externally latching means for securing said box to other similar boxes, said container and said box having lower means for allowing said container to tilt forward to a limited extent to allow opening the lid without separating said container from said box. According to an additional feature of the device according to the invention the container and the box are secured to one another by a breakable means guaranteeing

  With reference to FIG. 1, it can be seen that in a first embodiment of the device according to the invention, it comprises a container 1, preferably made of transparent plastic material, and a box 2.   The container 1 comprises in its upper part, protruding substantially perpendicularly from the rear wall 11, a tongue 17 cut in the shape of a harpoon, intended to be snapped into a slot 241

  practiced in the bottom 24 of the box 2.

  The dimensions of the slot 241 and the tongue 17 are such that the tilting of the container 1 is possible only after having cut the tongue 17, the presence of the latter during the purchase guaranteeing

the integrity of the content.

  The box 2 can be secured to a vertical wall by the user, for example by screwing, one or

  several screws can be inserted into the slot 241.
