Abstract

The support has a U-shape section (1) fixed vertically to the door by the base of the U behind the casement bolt bar (2). There are holes (3, 4) drilled in the bar and others (5, 6) drilled in the sides of the U-shaped section. The holes are aligned when the door is closed and seals can be passed through them. The area (7, 7) where the U-shaped section is attached to the door cannot be reached when the door is closed. Alternatively the U-shaped section may be attached horizontally adjacent to the casement bolt bar. A plate (11) soldered to the bar is placed between the two sides of the U when the door is closed so that the area (12, 12) where the U-shaped section is fixed to the door cannot be reached. Drilled holes are also aligned on the plate and the U-shaped section.
