  In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 12, the plug sheet part OB corresponds to the standard in force in Germany, while satisfying itself

  also standards in force in France and Belgium.

  It therefore comprises, respectively disposed respectively in two grooves 20 laterally in diametrically opposed positions relative to each other a base 21, as contact members for grounding, two contact blades 22, of type said "SCHUKO", with alternating with these contact blades 22, and in cross with them, in

  For access to the phase cells 27, the plate 34 has, at a distance from one another, a diameter of two

holes 42.

  In the embodiment shown, these phase bores 42 are both lengthened in buttonholes,

  For access to the grounding cell 28, the plate 34 also has, between the phase holes 42, a

piercing of earth 44.

  In the embodiment shown in solid lines in the figures, this grounding hole 44 has an outline

  circular, and it extends to the center of the plate 34.

  But, alternatively, and as shown in phantom in FIG. 3, it can also be elongated along a diameter, perpendicular to the diameter along which the phase cells 27 extend, and therefore

  parallel to the underlying grounding cell 28.

  In addition to its bottom 38, the well 35 of the plug part OB thus constituted comprises a flange 45 of circular contour. Preferably, and as shown, this part sheet OB also includes, at least, its phase alévoles 27, a retractable flap 47 mounted to move between a rest position, FIG. 4, for which, pending, it occults these phase cells 27, and a working position,

  In the embodiment shown, this retractable flap 47 is rotatably mounted to the very surface of the plug portion OB, above the plate 34 closing its base 21, extending substantially flush with the free edge of the

collar 45 of its well 35.

  It comprises, on the one hand, bores 48 capable of coming into concordance with the phase cells 27, through the bores 42 of the underlying plate 34, and this is the case when it is in the working position 4A, and, secondly, a central bore 49, which, arranged in correspondence with the hole 44 of the plate 34, permanently gives access to the grounding cell 28. Like the holes 42 of FIG. the plate 34, the holes 48 of this retractable flap 47 are elongated in buttonholes,

  while its central bore 49 is circular in outline.

  But, as before, and as schematized in dashed lines in FIG. 2, this central bore 49 can be lengthened according to a diameter perpendicular to that

  To do this, the plug portion OB has two grooves 65 with which each are respectively able to engage the two mounting feet 16 of the part

base OA.

  In practice, these grooves 65 affect the inner surface of the flange 45 of the well 35 of the plug portion OB.
