Abstract
Description
Dispositif à poche d'eau permettant le largage par helicopt-ère bombardier d'eau,de nuit,en toute sécurité et avex précision. Water bag device allowing the release by water bomber helicopter, at night, in complete safety and with precision.
Classiquement les hélicoptères bombardiers d'eau ne amont pas utilisés la nuit car l'approche- suffisante -des- foyer; d'incendie n'est pas possible en toute sécurité par manque de visibilité.Le largage d'eau à trop haute altitude étant imprécis par dispersion excessive de l'eau et sa déviation par le vent.
