Abstract

The grasping and transfer of the particles 19 contained in bulk in a storage tank 12 are carried out by suction against a hole at the free end of a grasping member 11 connected to a vacuum source. A vibrator 4 imparts vibrations of invariable direction 5 to the grasping member 11 which can move by the pivoting of the tube 8 which carries it, so that the direction of the vibrations on the particles, with respect to the retention direction of the particles against the member, varies during this pivoting, which causes all the excess particles to fall. Application: especially to seeding clods of compost.
