Abstract

Set of needles allowing extra-dural discography and chemonucleolysis to be performed precisely. It is composed of an internal needle 2 and an external needle 1. The internal needle 2, once introduced into the external needle 1 which is rectilinear, has a curvature in an arc of a circle which is regular in its emergent part AB whose length is constant whatever the radius of curvature of the needle 2.1, 2.2, 2.3. A mark on the tip of the internal needle 2 allows its deflection to be located when the needle is implanted, and the degree of its curvature to be identified.
