Abstract

The jewellery has decorative pieces (2) that can be replaced, at any time, by stones (5). On the main part of the jewellery (1) a removable piece is fitted (2) and this can be removed by pressure under it and replaced by a plate (3) in which a stone (5) is fixed. The plate has a notch (7) for the edges of the main part (1) of the jewellery to clip into when the plate is pushed in. The plate has a circular hole (6) with a seat (4) at the top in which the stone fits.

L'invention concerne plus particulièrement la joaillerie, elle permet dè changer à n'importe quel moment les éléments en métal (2) d'un bijou grace à une pression sous ces éléments (2) de façon à l'extraire du bijou et de le remplacer par un autre élément (3) qui sera serti d'une pierre (5) fig.C
Les éléments (2) composant ce bijou seront de n'importe quelles formes, ronde, ovale, trapèze, carré, poire, navette, triangle, rectangle, exagonale, décagonale, octogonale, coeur, étoile à 4,5 ou 6 branches etc... sous lesquel se trouvent une cheminée de forme ronde (6) fig.6 , pourvu d'un cran (7) de façon à cliqueter dans une cavité (8) percée d'un trou (9) du diamètre de cette cheminée (6) prévu sur le bijou 1 fig.C
Lors de sa comercialisation le bijou (1) sera pourvu d'éléments en métal (2) (or, argent, platine,).Et c'est lorsque son possesseur décide du changement de ces éléments (2) par des éléments sertis (3) d'une pierre (5) qu'il pourra se présenter chez le bijoutier ou il en aura fait l'acquisition; que celui-ci à l'aide d'une pression sous les éléments (2), les libèreront ainsi de leur emboitements, afin de les remplacer par des éléments (3) sertis d'une pierre (5) de n'importe quelle couleur en les faisant pénétrer à la place des éléments initiaux en métal (2) par une pression sur ces éléments de façon à ce que le cran (7) situé sur la cheminée (6) se trouve en contact avec la bordure du trou(9) prévu dans le bijou, cet élément (3) prisonnier dans sa cavité (8) n'en pourra ressortir que par une pression exercé sous cet élément, le bijou aura alors un aspect différent, laissant à son possesseur le choix du moment pour le transfer de ces éléments.
