Abstract

Drain pipe coupling for accepting lateral inputs includes a transverse semi-rigid baffle below the branch inlet levels. The baffle redistributes drainings from the spigot of the overhead pipe so that the falling liq. is reformed on the inner surfaces of the downpipe, to slow its descent, instead of falling free.
